I just moved my family of five plus my older parents into a recently flipped, one-story home. The flip looked nice, but there were a lot of issues. All Clear sent Mr. James Mayhew to come inspect our property. James was punctual, polite, professional and maintained the highest standards of COVID safety protocols. First of all, this business response rate is 100%. This is a summary of my experience: Week 1: found rats feces and call All Clear Exterminator. Week 2: technician came out to check out the house and gave me a quote. I deposited my money right away because of their amazing rate. Week 3: 2 technicians came over seal all entry points, in and outside my house. Set multiple traps, even in the attic just to be sure. Week 4: came back for follow ups. Nothing so they remove traps and assume that it was clear. But the next day I heard scratching noises under my sink so I called immediately. The technicians showed up seal all the new holes and set more traps. Unfortunately none of the traps was set because the rat has been stealing my dog's food. Week 5: found dog food and fruits under the couch. I called them again and they came, clean disinfect everything and set more traps. This time I know not to put extra food and water out for my dog. Took my dog to sleep in my bed room. The rat no longer have access to food or water. Week 6: the rat got caught stealing keurig coffee cups from on my coffee station. We now know it is desperate. We blocked him in one room we know for sure he was in. We called around 6am in the morning, the receptionist picked up and told us that she will do her best to try to get a guy out here for us. And she did. It's the same guy that has been coming to help us. Despite having multiple packed up stops before us he came and help us anyway. Many thanks to him. He went in the room and was trying to catch the rat. This rat escaped and hide in the laundry room. Technician was very calm and professionally set traps, and put wire sheet under the door so the rats can't escape. He said to me: oh I can't wait till we catch him. That very same week. I heard the rats in the wall and found poops on the stairs. I was scared So I called again. They came clean up the poops and let me know that it's was older. I waited ( nobody goes into the laundry room because we were all scared)! By the end of the week: on my birthday, the owner and a technician came to look at the laundry room. And when he opens the door he says: "woop, he's dead". He got caught in the trap. It's was fresh too. THE RAT IS DEAD !!!!!!!!! I am so so so happy. Best BD gift this year for me. Best terminator business goes to All Clear Exterminator. And hopefully I don't have to deal with anymore rodents of any source. Definitely recommending this company to everyone. Hired them to treat for drywood and subterranean termites. Did not tent. They drilled in walls, fascia spaces, dug/sprayed in the dirt, drilled holes in the concrete to treat under the concrete, and treated the attics and garages. They were timely during the inspection. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and we felt he gave us an honest and competitive quote. The fumigators were knowledgeable and although they were at my property for over 9 hours (it's a large property), they always had a good attitude and addressed all my issues. The only problem I had was that one of the fumigators broke a gate lock and they didn't replace it. I had to buy a replacement and pay for installation. Otherwise, I was happy with their work, the cost, and the warranty. read more

We hired this company to clean our atttic of loose insulation. They didn't clean everything. They left some rat droppings and bits and pieces of cellulose. We asked for an estimate for batting insulation. We were told it would be R38 but they intalled R30. Don't be deceived if you hire them. Have everything in writing. read more

He went around the entire perimeter of the house and physically tap inspected all the exposed wood areas under the eves. He also went through the garage, under the house and throughout the attic and took pictures where he found damage. Fantastic, honest, and professional service! The guy that came in for the free estimate (don't remember his name) was super professional and friendly. After inspecting the house he showed me pictures of termite mud tubes and droppings, termite damage, as well as walked me around the house and back unit to show me. He also explained all the different methods of termite extermination and prevention and I booked an appointment for the following week. Edgar came the day of termite extermination right on time, and was super friendly and professional. He quietly and efficiently went around the main house (including the attic, crawl space under the house, and perimeter) for subterranean termite extermination and prevention, as well as the guest back unit for drywood termite extermination. He got the work done in roughly 2 hours and I never needed to leave the house. After the work was done he walked around showing me where he drilled into the concrete, soil, and dry wall for compass and clear foam treatment. He also nicely patched the small concrete holes and drywall holes. Very clean and thorough work, he was AMAZING! I totally recommend them! Also love that they have a 2 year warranty. James was very professional. At the time of the inspection, I had three companies coming over for the inspection. One just looked at the perimeter and left saying he will get me a quotation. One arrived late and acted like he is in a rush for his next project, inpatient in explaining what are the options and which option is better. James is none of these. They did a wonderful job! James the inspector was very thorough with the inspection and uncovered problems that could have gone unnoticed. The crew Edgar and David were polite, professional, and went out of their way to do a very good job. They had a setback during the work with inadvertently hitting a sprinkler line, but they acted immediately and got a plumber out the same afternoon to fix the problem. I've been fighting termites for the past 15 or so years by replacing the wood that they've been eating I knew I had a serious problem when I found a pile of wings in the garage wall so I started calling termite companies I called three and Mike came out from all clear exterminating and he was very thorough with his inspection the other two companies weren't so thorough and their prices were quite a bit more so I hired all clear exterminating I had drywood termites and subterranean he treated all the interior walls of the garage and addicts of the two buildings that I own and underneath the house treated all the wood with boricare and they drilled into the cement slab of the garage and treat it for the subterranean termites the two guys that came out were very good they did an excellent job and they worked so well together they got it done in no time they were there about a half a day and I was very pleased with their work I can't say more good things about them it's an excellent company read more

We love these people! We had a pretty awful rodent problem several months ago and they came out quickly, give us a reliable and reasonable quote, and got the job done quickly. The rodents ended up coming back briefly, but because we had a warranty they came out right away again took care of correcting the problem and all is well. They also did a great job of taking on all the old junk and insulation from our attic and sanitizing. They then blew in new insulation.
