Good results. Edgar did the inspection and the follow-up for our rat problem. They sealed up the openings around the house foundation and the attic. Fortunate no rats in the house, but we knew they were in the attic from the noise. The technician (don't recall his name) who worked with Edgar was very conscience, and had no issues crawling in our crawl space beneath the house, or in the attic. He vacuumed and cleared out the rat droppings. The set the traps and within a few days three rats were caught. No more noises in the attic. Job successfully completed. read more

We've had a problem with rats in our back house for a while now. The house has a flat roof and is close to fruit trees so this has been a problem for a while. Amongst others, we had All Clear out to give us an estimate. James was very good and identified several issues. We had Mike out as our technician and he was fantastic. We love these people! We had a pretty awful rodent problem several months ago and they came out quickly, give us a reliable and reasonable quote, and got the job done quickly. The rodents ended up coming back briefly, but because we had a warranty they came out right away again took care of correcting the problem and all is well. They also did a great job of taking on all the old junk and insulation from our attic and sanitizing. They then blew in new insulation. Their quotes were the most reasonable and their guys super trustworthy. Benjamin Valdes and Ernesto Esparza were terrific! We would highly recommend them. I have had all clear exterminating come to my house to take care of noise I heard in the attic. It turned out that birds were getting into my attic and not be able to find their way out. They explained the situation and sealed all opening I had inside and outside if my house that were exposed to birds or other types of reptiles, rodents; which they did find some droppings. Ernesto Esparza and Ben Valdez were very professional and took care of business. They even sanitized any area in the attic that had any evidence of rodent dropping and cleaned up the dead birds carcass. Pest was crawling from exterior roof line into attic. I had another XX Total Pest Control company rated 5.0 on yelp that deflected my issue to a handyman. So I placed an ad on CL describing my issue. Then Mike H. from All Clear responded to my CL ad. He was able get Edgar to my house within 1hr to give me a quote. Edger then scheduled Justin the next morning to patch up any holes. Justin inspects every possibilities that a rat might gain access. Within 2 hours, Justin patched 4 holes under 4 Eaves, trim some trees that was touching the roof line, patch a small hole my plumber left behind and set traps in my Attic, Craw Space and garage. Edgar - Very professional... The ONLY person ever places a cloth to cover the carpet/flooring under his ladder before opening the attic. I then contacted Mike afterwards to give his guys credit. Let me just begin with how frightening it is to wake up in the middle of the night and hear a nose coming from your kitchen oven and not having an idea of what it could be. I called a few exterminators hoping someone could come the next day and all I kept getting was we can't do it tomorrow, not to mention the rude responses I got. I finally came across All Clear Exterminating and from the second I talked to Britney she was kind and very helpful, she told me not to worry and she would have someone come out the next day. I experienced this morning was nothing short of perfect considering we had a rodent in the house. Our exterminator was extremely knowledgeable and soon realize that we had a California vole and not a rat. He explained to us that they are beneficial to the environment and he would be catching it and releasing it 3 miles down the road! Me being an animal lover was completely overjoyed! I had a mediocre experience with All Clear Exterminating. The scheduling process was smooth and easy, but the day before my inspection, I received a call saying that they apologize but they do not service the area of my home and will not be doing the inspection. I was taken aback as I had talked directly with the owner for a while during scheduling, and the woman told me that she will double check to see if an exception was made. She then called me back and confirmed that In fact an exception was made and they would come to my appointment. I would have appreciated if she would have made this call before calling and telling me they would not be coming. Edgar did show up on time, and I did let them know prior that it was the same time as my General Home inspection as well. Overall, I wanted to make myself available in case there was anything needed to discuss, but Edgar didn't say much to me throughout the inspection, and towards the end, he took a few minutes to show me his findings. It seemed very underwhelming overall, and he was in and out within about 20-30 minutes. A part of me wondered how thorough of a job it actually was, but I guess I wouldn't be the expert to actually say. In general, I didn't have a bad experience, but wasn't too impressed either. I would have liked to see every little nook and cranny checked, and be very engaged and educated during the process. But it didn't seem to be the case here. read more

My inspector, James, was thorough, professional, and helpful. The actual exterminators were great- polite, and they left everything cleaner than they found it! They even grabbed a broom and swept a little. Fabulous! The receptionist, Brittany, is kind and easy to contact. I had to get some forgotten work completed and it was easy to schedule. I took a star off because the guys that fixed my dry rot and a shed tear down were not thorough and really didn't clean up like I wanted them too- (rotted wood scraps from the shed to the driveway where it was loaded) After the first exterminating crew's excellent work, I was hoping for more. It was extremely hot out- maybe that's why? It is probably typical for work crews, but again, I was hoping for more. I highly recommend All Clear for extermination, but I'm more reserved on the wood work. It may depend on what you need done. read more

I heard some scratching noises coming from the wall or ceiling in my home. I wasn't sure what to do and after extensive research, I contacted All Clear Exterminating. I spoke with Brittney and she gave me an overview of their process. I told her that I think my house may have termites too. James conducted a free inspection and detailed a plan to rid my home of rats, rat infested insulation, and termites. He also let me that there is a significant amount of construction debris in the attic that should be removed. In addition he showed me the termite damaged wood that needed to be replaced. Benjamin and Ernie showed at the scheduled time to remove the bad insulation and debris in the attic and to cover holes that will allow rats to come into my home. Edgar, an inspector with All Clear, arrived later in the day to ensure everything was ok. All are professionals, wear the company uniform, treated me with respect. They made sure my home was not damaged during the insulation and debris removal and cleaned up any mess. There were no hidden costs. I will be hiring All Clear in the future to rid my home of termites and have the termite damaged wood replaced.
