Qualify Pest Services came to replace our insulation. The first crew did a shoddy job sanitizing our attic, considering we had a really bad rat infestation. Management agreed and sent a different crew to remediate. Jose R (foreman) and his crew Andrew and Angel came the second time and let me tell you, it was night and day! They taped up the whole pathway floor to ceiling, when they blew in the new, they clean and careful around our platforms, HVAC unit, and whole house fan! They thoroughly sanitized our attic and were exceptional in cleaning up and leaving our house spotless! Jose even fixed our broken doorbell while he was up in the attic! We have a drywood termite contract with Terminix with an annual inspection. Technician Mateo inspected the attic and spotted termite wings. After the wood was treated in the attic, Mateo arranged for Quality Pest Services to spray TAP insulation in the attic to aid in insect control. If could give negative stars i would. They were a subcontractor hired through Terminix to blow insulation into my attic. They covered my entire house in insulation dust. When I complained, they sent over a "manager" who insinuated my house was just dusty. They vacuumed and wiped for no more than 30 minutes and left. I have a newborn and am recovering from pneumonia- this was/is a disaster. I'm going to have to call a professional cleaning service, which will likely cost more than the insulation job. Completely unacceptable. They didn't use any method, except to strap plastic down from the attic crawl hole, to contain the dust or create negative pressure in the attic to prevent this dust from invading every single crevice of our house. read more

The 6 months late response from the company today is deceiving and inaccurate. We were offered to replace a toilet flap after I noted debris in and toilet seats up on all 3 toilets. Agree that I declined the offer to repair the flap. I was not offered any credit by this company. The initial company from Good Life even asked Quality to credit us something but Jon or other refused. No one knew I was going to write a review so that statement is untrue and reviews are at the customer discretion. We weren't upset by the job and efforts to remedy but instead by the impolite comments, attitude and criticisms said on camera all with audible recordings as well as lack of accountability. This response is also 6 months after the fact so pretty poor customer follow up and communication. Note the initial contractor and the real estate agent were both displeased and the pest control company decided to drop the QPS as a subcontractor after this incident. That (and Jon's disrespectful comments we heard towards the home and realtor) should say it all. read more

I called Orkin they came out and estimated the job. Then Quality Pest Services showed up and estimated this job at $1200 plus $350 to drive up to Lancaster from Riverside. They said this was their first job for Orkin and had no idea what they would charge me. Orkin told us maybe $4000 in the initial estimate. Weeks after the job was done I got a bill from Orkin for around $3500. I guess they gave us a discount but I still felt like I got screwed. The guys at Quality Pest Control did a great job. Quality Pest Services was sub-contracted to do the tenting and fumigation of our home in May 2025. It is unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review, because the first gentleman (Marcelo) that I interacted with, who inspected the house before tenting, was very nice and helpful. However, when the job was completed I discovered that my outdoor television was damaged from an impact to the screen. Even though the glass wasn't cracked, the LCD panel underneath showed an impact point and "spider web" cracking that spread over a third of the screen. The company sent Peter out to inspect. I showed Peter pictures of a large storage bin that was right in front of the TV that had been moved by his men to put the tent up in that area, showing that they had to be right next to the TV to move it. When Peter said that the tent would not have been close to that area, I showed him video from our Ring camera and also a photo taken by Marcelo that showed that tent draped right over the area where the TV was (he admitted he was mistaken). His demeanor then changed when he looked up on his phone the TV model and saw how much the TV cost. To be thorough, I had a repair technician come out to confirm the damage was caused by impact. Peter called back in a couple of days to tell me there was no proof that his men caused the damage. When I mentioned the above evidence, he said that the impact damage could've been "caused by a bird or something" and couldn't be attributed to his men. When I asked what was more likely, a bird or his men who he saw video and photo proof of moving heavy items right in front of the TV and hanging the tent up over the wall it was mounted to, he just changed the subject and mentioned how much debris was behind the TV. I asked what that had to do with anything and he said "nothing." He said that I inspected the property with his worker after the job and signed off on it. That was a bold face lie. In reality, I spoke to his worker on the front porch and his worker told me they got everything put back except for flower petals that fell off all over. There was no walk around inspection. When I mentioned the two outdoor lights that were also discovered to be damaged that I didn't even report at first because I only wanted them to cover the TV, he just replied that they didn't tell him about that. I would avoid this company because my experience matches others who have reported problems when damage occurs from their work. read more

At the end of May 2024 I had my home fumigated by QUALITY PEST SERVICES,INC. I'd actually called a company called ECOLA to do the job, only to find out that they contracted this company QUALITY PEST SERVICES,Inc to do the fumigation process. The crew from QUALITY PEST SERVICES,Inc began putting the tent over my home and their team leader, named Jose N came into my home checking to make sure all of my food was properly bagged and he then began opening windows. After doing so he said everything looked good and asked me for my house keys and said that he and his team would finish getting the house all tented up and then would securely lock my house up. I handed him my keys, and headed to the hotel I'd be staying in for the next couple of days while my home was being fumigated. After those couple days had passed, JOSE N. called me to tell me the tent was off and that it was safe for me to return home. He said he'd leave my keys at my neighbor's home as I had instructed him to do. When I UNLOCKED my door and walked into my house I noticed that a few items were not where I'd left them before the fumigation. As I searched, more items were MISSING from my home!!! OMG!!!! I'd been ROBBED!!! My house showed NO signs of a break in and all the doors had been locked. There also was no signs of entry through my BARRED windows. I called JOSE N to tell him that items were gone from my home and all he could say was that he had no idea what had happened to my property and that he and his crew had nothing to do with it. I had given him my keys before the fumigation and left him and about 5-6 strangers with total access to my house. So you tell me who else could have taken my property??!! He repeated again that he doesn't know what happened and then HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!!! I called the office of QUALITY PEST SERVICES,Inc and left a message for a manager to return my call. When this manager called me back, I told him about my missing property and all he did was to defend those people and tell me that apparently some random person must have taken my things. I'm telling you that NO RANDOM STRANGER OFF THE STREET BURGLARIZED MY HOME!!! PLEASE Do NOT use this company's services to fumigate your home!!!! Do NOT let them have your house keys and complete access to your home!!! I've filed a police report and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I am so upset and feel so violated!!! My HOA and I were very disappointed in Quality Pest Services in 2021. Alan Springer from Springer Termite Solutions referred us to QPS for termite fumigation. In the process, they broke our neighbor's window and destroyed one of our gutters. They refused to replace the gutter, despite video proof. Anyway, that's not the worst of it. The fumigation didn't work! The next year, we found reproductive termites on our chimneys (which are very high up so they couldn't have come from anywhere else). For those who don't know, reproductive termites only come out when a colony has been there for 5+ yrs. So that means they weren't killed in the fumigation. When we asked someone to come and spray the chimneys, there was constant finger pointing between them and Alan, with them needing him to be there to confirm. After a month and half, a rep from QPS and Alan finally came out.  By that time, who knows how many more the termites spread.. Anyway, it was impossible to get either party to take accountability and they refused despite proof. Eventually we had to complete a big expensive chimney wood removal project because the fumigation didn't kill the termites. DO NOT hire Quality Pest Services or Springer Termite Solutions / Alan Springer, unless you want to damage your building for an ineffective and wildly expensive fumigation. read more

This company is a sub contractor for The Termite Guy in Santa Ana. Although the job was completed on time, their workers were unprofessional with unacceptable behavior. They used our bathroom, moved our rug, and left the tile floors dirty with boot marks. I complained to Termite Guy and got a call from the crew supervisor. He agreed that his crew should not take liberties in any customer's home. He came over and cleaned my floor which was appreciated. But now we're wondering what other liberties were taken while inside the house. Was anything stolen? Were our closets or drawers gone through? I would not recommend this company. read more

Had this crew do a tent treatment on our building, and they did a great job putting up the tent. 10 guys showed up and knocked it out pretty quickly and efficiently. A couple days later when the tent was coming down, only 2 guys showed, so the tent came down slowly. The 2 who did show up, kicked ass! They are Elmer and Rene and they burned some calories in the direct sun, removing the entire thing in no time. Make sure you get these guys on your job if you schedule their services. I scheduled fumigation through Ecola and they subcontracted it to Quality Pest Services. I was nervous about my plants and new stone planter getting damaged so Larry, their manager, came over to take a look. He had an idea of how to avoid damage but said I should request him to be onsite when they tented which I did. They were really accommodating and the day of tenting, Larry arrived as promised. Isaac, the fumigation supervisor, promised not to damage any of the planter and texted me when they were done putting the tent up so I could turn on the alarm. My friend drove by to check on the property the next day and said he'd never seen a tent put up so tightly and neatly. They texted me the day of to let me know when they'd take the tent down so I could turn off the alarm. And as they promised, there was no damage to my plants or the stone planter. Liars. The guy who seemed to be the head exterminator gave me a few options of where he would leave my keys. One of which being to leave the key on my bookcase and the back door open so I could go in and get it after fumegation. (Or the mailbox or mat) I chose the bookcase and he agreed to leave the back door open so I could get the key. Well when they removed the tent I returned home to find my entire house locked and my key in sight on the bookcase. I called to inquire about the situation. When they talked to the same man that promised the door open, he told them "he never said he would leave it open. They never leave doors open or make that arrangement." So he remembered to leave my key locked inside my house but forgot that he lied to me about leaving the door open. Why would I have asked him to lock my key inside when there were other options? And Why couldn't he admit that he had made a mistake by telling me he could do something that he couldn't and had never done before? My final question is how this place has any customer base as they cracked within minutes of me complaining and called me a liar and accused me of "adding parts to the story that never happened." Then I hung up and waited for a blacksmith about an hour. What a group of incompetent muppets. Take your business anywhere else and you're bettering your life. read more
