Nothing but wonderful things to say about Scott and his team. They are honest and fair. We probably had about 8 different companies come out to assess and give us quotes, but Pacific Termite was the most thorough and reasonable. We just had our home and detached garage tented and fumigated on September 22nd-24th. They were very thorough and organized leading up to and during the actual fumigation. Too often do companies have great customer service up to the actual job and then "disappear" afterwards. This was not the case with Pacific Termite. There were a couple of not too big issues (not with Pacific Termite, but with the fumigators who did the job) and Scott immediately reached out to look into it and rectify it. We noticed our thermostat wasn't working immediately after the fumigation and Scott mentioned it likely had nothing to do with the tenting, etc. but still offered to take care of it if we found out that it was somehow related when the HVAC technician came out. I would give Scott and his team more than 5 stars if possible. The response, integrity and follow-through by Pacific Termite is unmatched. It is rare to find people that take true pride in and stand behind their work. Thank you! Robert and Sharon read more

Initially, Scott came to the house to do the inspection. He was great. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and highly professional throughout his visit. He diagnosed that we had a problem (termites) and gave us two options. His honesty and sincerity really shined-through... The phone-schedulers and emailers (Joy, Kai and Jennifer) were terrific. They were very easy to talk to, and were very good in their correspondence. I definitely recommend this company for, at least, an honest, in-depth quotation. Thanks you, again. read more

Termite tenting and wood repairs. Very professional. Prompt response. Free estimate. Good communication and pricing was reasonable.

I had a great experience with Pacific Termite (Blue Pacific Termite Control). The inspector Kevin was very thorough and professional--he took the time to explain what he found, answered my questions clearly, and provided a detailed report that was easy to understand. Based on the inspection, they recommended treatment and helped coordinate the process, including fumigation and subterranean termite treatment, and everything went smoothly. I also want to recognize Kai, who coordinated everything. Kai was extremely responsive, efficient, and punctual, and made the scheduling and logistics (including preparation steps) very smooth. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the team handled everything professionally from start to finish. Highly recommend Pacific Termite if you need a reliable termite inspection and treatment company in the Arcadia/San Gabriel Valley area. read more

Fast response and inspection. Service was great and reasonable to quickly resolve my termite problem. Definitely recommend.

The team all around did a GREAT job! From the initial contact person to the inspector, the team that did the work, and the follow-up and closure! I will keep them in mind for any future needs and/or recommendations to others. read more

I requested service for inspection as they service the LA County area, and the map on yelp has my home in the area. They are booked but they scheduled me, then called me back that they don't service my area. They really need to update their maps then to reflect where they actually serve instead of leading potential customers on. read more

I contacted Pacific Termite on behalf of my workplace after reviewing their information and comparing them with three other companies on Yelp. I submitted a request through their website and received a call within five minutes--an impressive response time. Thank you Kai! Their customer service was excellent. The operator I spoke with was professional, thorough, and demonstrated a strong sense of urgency. My appointment was scheduled for the same week I submitted the request. The technician arrived on time, and both his equipment and truck were clean and professional in appearance. He took his time to carefully measure the scope of work throughout the building. Within three days of the inspection, I received a detailed quote that included all measurements and a clear breakdown of costs. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. read more

Very professional and thorough. They were super nice and clean. The price seemed reasonable as well. I highly recommend.

They do a very thorough inspection. Some dry wood termites were discovered. Checked the perimeter and found some near back porch. Sprayed with chemical. Then returned to my home and found some near the skylight. Shot some chemical into that area. And bathroom light fixture was treated because he spotted ecmvidence in the wood area above my sink. What a nice man he was! I have to call them every 6 months to do a spot treatment. It's good to keep a good eye out for problems. Been much better since they showed up. I really appreciate this company. read more

A huge thank you to Pacific Termite for getting rid of our western drywood termites! I started noticing a few dropping out of the light cans in the kitchen ceiling, I called Pacific Termite and they came out promptly to do a free inspection! They provided a detailed report outlining all the issue areas and the recommendations for treatment. The process was smooth from start to finish with customer service and communication provided the entire way, not too mention their fair pricing. I highly recommend Pacific Termite! read more

In addition to the actual extermination, Pacifics outstanding service is in planning, visiting the site and speaking with the manager and owner about their responsibilities and what to expect during the tenting. Their prices were less than three of their competitors. I recommend them very highly. read more

Kevin did an excellent job both of the initial inspection and then doing a detailed review with us of what to expect and how to prepare for having our house tented. The tenting process itself went smoothly and we were able to move back in on schedule without any problems. read more

From inspection through fumigation, this process was amazing. 5 stars easy. Honestly, I would give the fumigation team more stars if I could. The communication, professionalism, and execution were flawless. I did have a separate follow-up issue after the tent came down, but the owner reached out, listened to my concerns, and made sure I felt great about my experience working with them. At the end of the day, the most important part of the job was handled exceptionally well, and the company showed that they care about the full customer experience. I would absolutely use them again read more

The inspector, Kevin, came and performed a thorough inspection on our home. Even after other termite company came and marked the termite damages, Kevin inspected as if the marks were not there. He even went into the attic where other inspector only peek from the opening to the attic. We ended up needing a whole house fumigation and subterranean termite treatment. The fumigation team came on time, installed the tent efficiently, showed care of our property and provided us clear information of what we should expect during and after fumigation. While the subterranean treatment team take the necessary time to treat our house. We are satisfied with the customer service, professionalism and friendliness. read more

They are a group of very professional individuals with many years of experience who know what to do. Quality of their work is amazing. They care about the workmanship and did an excellent job on my house. I had many wood water damages and termite and pretty much every window had one or two trims required replacing. The eves were damages in more than 30 places required replacement. The work is so good that one can not tell what was repaired or replaced. I highly recommend pacific termite. read more

I have used Pacific Termite twice, once in 2019 and just recently 6/2026. They are detail oriented, explain everything and there were no issues. Nothing, not my roof, my solar panels nor any items were damaged. Scott is very knowledgeable and so is his staff. I recommend this business read more

Scott came over for an inspection today and he was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, gave us insight that we did not have actual termites but flying ant swarmers and did not try to upsell us on services we did not need. Other inspectors from other companies tried to upsell us so thankfully we got a second opinion. Thankfully we didn't have termites but if we do in the future, Scott and pacific termite will be the first on our list. Thank you again Scott, you are very much appreciated and would definitely recommend you to friends and family in need of services. read more

Pacific termite employees were quick and professional, the job was well done, and the price was very reasonable.

Pacific Termite responded to my call the same day. Scott K. came exactly when he said he would. Scott confirmed what 2 other pest control representatives and my contractor described. Scott provided a verbal description of the treatment that his team would provide. His office confirmed the treatment process in writing. Scheduling was provided online and by phone which enabled my getting the pets put away before they arrived. The techs (2) were prompt (calling ahead to let me know of their imminent arrival). The interior (1 room) was sealed with plastic sheeting which they provided. The furniture was covered. They informed me about the scope of the job (spray exposed areas with 2coats & the roof). They provided an estimate of how long it would take. They finished on time, cleaning up (sweeping & vacuuming) after they were done. Very professional review of the site upon completion. Highly recommend. PS it's always a good sign when all personnel are clean, neat and their vehicles spotless! Pacific Termite was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. It was an excellent experience, especially the respectful and informative communication. read more

We were very happy with the tenting service we received from Pacific Termites--professional, honest, and accommodating from start to finish. We had a lot of questions, and he patiently answered every single one, making sure we understood the process and felt comfortable with our options. The office staff was also helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Their pricing was competitive and fair, and there were no surprises or upsells. Highly recommend!! read more

I would definitely recommend this company. I had my house tented in April 2026. The person who did the inspection was friendly and thorough. He answered all of my question and was very helpful. The scheduling was easy and they were very helpful with the preparation. The same person who did my initial inspection came back and walked me through all of the steps that I needed to take to get ready for the fumigation. The crew that came to tent the house was prompt and professional. The company scheduled the gas company service calls and the entire process went smoothly. I would certainly recommend using pacific termite. read more

This place is excellent. I made inquires to about 10 places, made 5 appointments, but Scott was definitely the most knowledgable. I did some research by letting ChatGPT diagnose the problem and so I had a general idea of the problem and how much things would cost. A lot of the technicians that came out were all knowledgeable and experienced, but Scott was definitely the most knowledgable and experienced. There was nothing showy about his knowledge and he didn't instill fear tactics to get me to commit to things, but he laid out the facts of the problem and helped me understand the solution. They also provided the most detailed quote laying out the plan, the warranty, and the chemicals in the treatment being used. Their customer support team was also very helpful with all the questions that I had. Their technician, Israel, came by and spent a lot of time and effort treating the concentrated spots both inside and outside of my house and then my dog and I could hear him crawling all throughout our crawl space taking care of the problem underneath our house. We had some holes from the mud tubes popping out throughout our house, but he patched things up very nicely and things look much cleaner than before. Its been a few days and we feel pretty good about the condition of the house now and we will definitely use them for any future termite problems we might have. read more

Pacific Termite was a great company to work with. I was able to get an inspection appointment quickly which was conducted professionally and thoroughly. Based on reviews from others, I had Pacific Termite come and inspect my house. As I expected, I had dry wood termites in several places. They also found evidence of subterranean termites They provided a written estimate for either tenting or spot treatment for dry wood termites and a separate estimate for the subterranean termites. The estimate included a sketch of m house that identified infested areas. I chose spot treatment and the subterranean termite treatments. They arrived on time and made the treatments. They were quite thorough and made treatments in several places not initially identified on the estimate. The technicians were knowledgeable, careful and explained what they were going to do. I was completely satisfied with the service and would use them again. read more
