They do a very thorough inspection. Some dry wood termites were discovered. Checked the perimeter and found some near back porch. Sprayed with chemical. Then returned to my home and found some near the skylight. Shot some chemical into that area. And bathroom light fixture was treated because he spotted ecmvidence in the wood area above my sink. What a nice man he was! I have to call them every 6 months to do a spot treatment. It's good to keep a good eye out for problems. Been much better since they showed up. This place is excellent. I made inquires to about 10 places, made 5 appointments, but Scott was definitely the most knowledgable. I did some research by letting ChatGPT diagnose the problem and so I had a general idea of the problem and how much things would cost. A lot of the technicians that came out were all knowledgeable and experienced, but Scott was definitely the most knowledgable and experienced. There was nothing showy about his knowledge and he didn't instill fear tactics to get me to commit to things, but he laid out the facts of the problem and helped me understand the solution. They also provided the most detailed quote laying out the plan, the warranty, and the chemicals in the treatment being used. Their customer support team was also very helpful with all the questions that I had. Their technician, Israel, came by and spent a lot of time and effort treating the concentrated spots both inside and outside of my house and then my dog and I could hear him crawling all throughout our crawl space taking care of the problem underneath our house. We had some holes from the mud tubes popping out throughout our house, but he patched things up very nicely and things look much cleaner than before. They also found evidence of subterranean termites They provided a written estimate for either tenting or spot treatment for dry wood termites and a separate estimate for the subterranean termites. The estimate included a sketch of m house that identified infested areas. I chose spot treatment and the subterranean termite treatments. They arrived on time and made the treatments. They were quite thorough and made treatments in several places not initially identified on the estimate. The technicians were knowledgeable, careful and explained what they were going to do.
