Highly recommend! We had an uncontrollable ant problem, Major Pest Solutions came out the day after I called and I haven't seen 1 ant since.

Don answered really fast and did what was needed for our home. We had a really bad Argentine ant infestation for about two weeks and I really needed them to be gone. He got us in the next day on a Monday after telling me his quote on Sunday. He had the best value for the one time treatment out of the other pest control companies that I had called. It hasn't been 30 days yet, but I'm hoping our ant problem has been dealt with. He promised a 30 day guarantee so I'm hopeful! He was also very nice and took off his shoes in our no-shoe home and I really appreciated it as that would mean more cleaning for me. read more

I had a wasp nest that popped up in my backyard seemingly overnight. I called Don and he answered immediately, then by sheer luck since he was in the area was able to come to my house in an hour. He gave me a quote over the phone that was significantly cheaper than a big-company pest control service. We walked my property and he identified more wasp nests - he revised his quote slightly (still very reasonable) and got to work. He didn't upsell me on any services, he was quick and methodical and a pleasure to talk to. I strongly recommend him for any pest control needs and will gladly call him again if I have any other pest issues. read more

I used to use Terminex for my exterminator and never had a problem with them but looked elsewhere because their prices had gotten so high. I switched to Don because he was cheaper. As the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." I have had to call him to come back several times because I continue to see the same pests both inside and outside, even after he treats. He was supposed to come back today to FINALLY remedy a silverfish and ant problem I first brought to his attention over a month ago and he cancelled on me last minute, saying he would only treat both on the same day and would not come out twice. There are two residences on the property, one with an ant infestation and one with a silverfish infestation and we could not be out of the house for his two hour treatment, so I asked him to just treat the one property. Too much to ask for I guess, even after dealing with this for a month! He also will not respond to text messages and says that he "only takes phone calls" and not to text him. If you try to communicate by text (as most people do these days !) and don't call him back he will ignore your request for service. Very disappointing experience and will not be using Major Pest Control any longer read more

My husband and I unfortunately had a major ant problem not just outside of our house but in our kitchen. Don was quick to return my phone call and came out to our house the next day. Grateful to say our ant problem has been solved! Thank you so much for your help Don! read more

I've used Don in the past for a major ant problem in the house. I had tried everything that Home Depot had to offer, but they were relentless. Don fixed that. I called him today about another insect problem. He returned my call promptly. Great service. read more

Don's been great help to our pest problem. I've tried so many at home remedies to take care of ants coming into our home, I wish I had called Don the first time and I would've saved myself so much time and headache. His prices are very reasonable compared to other big names in the area, quick to respond and I appreciate his guarantee (he'll re-spray if pests come back). read more

Don was prompt and offered same day service. $185 for an exterior spray for ants with a verbal 30-day guarantee. This was $15 more than Seashore but they were 2 weeks out. So I used Major. Ants got worse so I called and was told they would do that for 3 days and then start to go away. That was on day 3 and they were starting to slow down. By day 5 they came back with a vengeance when I called on about day 8, I was told he would do an interior spray for an additional $50. Really, where was my 30-day guarantee? I asked for an additional exterior treatment and was told it wouldn't do any good. We used Terro and took care of the problem ourselves. I'm sticking to Seashore - they were ethical and reasonable. read more

Hwe have used him for years and value his service. He sprays for bugs spiders etc. We highly recommend his service.

I went on Yelp to find this business. I was completely satisfied with the customer service I received and happy with the results! Best part, I had an unwanted pest and it was in the evening time I found out. I was able to book an appointment that evening! I really didn't think I was going to get a call back right away. I had an appointment the next day! read more

Honest, reliable, reasonably priced. Don is wonderful. When I first moved into my current home we had a horrible ant problem, after the first, obviously very thorough treatment they were gone. He now comes every quarter and it keeps all the crazy spiders we have in our equestrian neighborhood at bay. read more

I got a quick response from Major Pest Solutions, though it stated that they "don't offer the service". We're having a suspected problem with fleas and this operator's business description states that they handle "fleas", so I don't know where the disconnect is. read more

I was was looking for a pest control company and my son referred me to his service company which was Major Pest Solutions. I called them and left a message and they called me right back and gave me a quote right over the phone based on my square footage and my needs. They made an appointment for me and showed up on time. Don came out and I showed him what I needed done and he got right on it. He sprayed both inside and outside the home for his initial visit. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable of our needs. My neighbor even hired him and now we both are on a quarterly service with them. I would highly recommend them and Don for sure. read more

On Monday I found a small wasp nest in one of the bushes outside our bathroom window that we missed during the eradication last week. Even though Don was swamped because of the Labor Day weekend, he found time on Tuesday to come by and take care of the problem. Though a long, hard day making up for yesterday's day off, Don was still very friendly and personable. Don's customer service is outstanding. read more

Long overdue review, but the service was great. Don made it out quickly and got to work. We had bees along the side of our grill, so he took care of those. When we realized the next day that the problem wasn't totally resolved, (the bees moved up above on the edge of our house) he returned and took care of it. Very nice person. Would totally recommend. read more
