Before I met Steve, I had received quotes from a handful of other companies to help us deal with termites mainly in the back of the house. The house is a 3,000 sq ft boxy, 2-story home, with a separate pool house where some of the termite damage was happening, so I knew I was looking at a higher than normal cost. Love this guy! Steve is outstanding in his work. He identifies dry rot and termites and let's you know what can be spot treated or if your house needs to be tented. He really tries to work with you and do spot treatments whenever possible. He is extremely thorough. His pricing is reasonable and he has an excellent guarantee policy. He is happy to come out if you suspect termites or dry rot and aren't sure. For us, he did not up-charge for little things; rather he just treated them. We are in the midst of home construction on our garage roof and when our GC announced that the newly laid wood on the roof was already infested, we had to do something quick.
