We had an ant/spider problem a couple of months ago and found this company on Yelp. They were very responsive and were easily available (hence the two stars). However, their treatment didn't even last a whole month, we started seeing ants couple of weeks after the treatment. We gave them benefit of the doubt and thought they were one offs but nope, I started seeing a few spiders here and there too. And then the ants came back in packs. When my husband called them to see if they can come back to reapply the treatment or find a way to solve the issue, they told us to use the bait or something. When we finally told them nothing is working and they need to come back, they said they'll charge us again for the service! We were shocked! How can a company not provide any warrantee for the service they were hired for! This was literally couple of weeks (if that) after the service was provided that we started seeing ants. This morning (maybe a month after we used them) my husband and I were running around vacuuming and spraying to stop the ants- there is an ant infestation. Also, it's important to note that we are very clean people, it's not like the food is left on the counter or anything like that. I'm not sure how this company has so many 5 star reviews when our experience has been the opposite! I wouldn't hire them again and would strongly recommend that you don't either! read more

We just had our 2-story home fumigated by Orion. From the very beginning the service was great - from the very first phone call. I believe I spoke with Ashley. Chris was able to come the same day to give us a quote. I had shopped around rates and his was the best. Plus, he uses the subcontractors we wanted because everyone had told us they were the best. They showed up on-time, worked very quickly, were very nice and explained everything they were doing step by step. His guys double-checked the fumigation bags I had packed, looked in every nook and cranny to make sure I didn't miss anything, and helped me get the beds ready for the best results. They wrapped the house so well that even my plants that were right up against the house were not effected at all. When they came to clean up, they walked me through the house with the meter to show me that it was all clear. They were careful with their equipment so that it didn't damage or disrupt any of our property. They also brought a broom and swept around the house and cleaned up anything and everything they had touched. Ashley was quick to get my final paperwork finished. In addition to the great staff, Chris scheduled that gas shutoff for us so that we didn't have to do that. He also reminded us to call on the day of the tenting to set up the turn-on again. Ashley sent us a video to watch to help us figure out what and how to pack our food and ingestible items. Overall, it was a great experience. Unethical. They trespassed our property. They took out our fence without our permission. They ignored calls made to not enter the property until I am home. Instead they took out the fence. The next day I blocked the opening in the fence and put a chair by it and called again to wait for me. They pushed the chair and entered anyway again without permission. They give you a timeline for the day and time they will be there to fumigate your neighbor's house but ignore all, once the paper is signed. Do not trust them. One of these days, the homeowner you are trying to ask for permission won't be as nice and will sue you as well as Orion. read more

I saw his name on Next Door and called them. Scheduled to come out for general inspection today ( Tuesday) but on Saturday while I was moving a large desk/hutch in my home office ( hadn't moved it in years) to get ready for new floor installation I found a large mound of active subterranean termites. I called them first thing Monday and he came out IN AN HOUR and treated the termites immediately. The floor installers were able to put in the floor the same morning without interruption.
