Michael was so generous with his knowledge and time and gave me honest advice without selling his services. He knew exactly what my situation was based on where my home is located and was able to help me over the phone. He spent unhurried time answering all my questions and was so genuinely kind. I would hire him in the future simply based on my interaction with him over this brief call!

I had Pro Source Pest Control come out to my home to eliminate a rat issue I had in my attic 4…read moremonths ago. The previous owners apparently did some work on the plumbing under the house and had to cut an opening on the wire mesh in order to fit pvc pipes under the house. Apparently after they finished, they never closed the opening. Needless to say, rats got in and we started to hear noise in the attic. I contracted Pro Source for 1 month of service. Ryan came out and informed us that they only take cash or check $275.00 for 1 month of service. What company in 2019 does not take credit or debit cards. He then walked around the house and closed any small opening I had with steel wool pads (see below) which were an eye sore. I asked him is that all you seal it with? and he responded "yes." We then went inside the house and he climbed on the ladder and opened the attic hatch and just set a trap there. I asked him, if he was not going to climb and walk to the bathroom where we hear the noise. He responded "I never had to chase rats, they will come to where the trap is." He kept coming twice a week and some weeks he wouldn't catch anything so he would replace the old bait with fresh bait. He did catch a few rats but if I would have known from the beginning that they don't climb and walk to where the issue is and that all they use is steel wool to cover openings I would have never hired them. Needless to say, I took off all the steel wool pads and I sealed them with wire mesh myself for a better look. Over all, they did show up on time but never less, I will be looking for a different company if I need any future service.

Duane Bushner was actually our original contractor when this entire process started, and having him back out today for our recent inspection was great. As always, he did an incredibly thorough walkthrough and took the time to share knowledgeable insights on termites (and roaches) and exactly what to keep an eye out for. What really sets Gallant apart is their 4-year warranty. Knowing they actually stand behind their work for the long haul gives us total peace of mind--it proves their work is truly bug-proof. Highly recommend Duane and the Gallant team if you want honest, quality service.

Despite repeated treatments, I am still finding roaches in different areas of the house. The number may be lower, but the issue is not resolved, which is disappointing. The technicians have been professional and courteous, but the results have not met my expectations. I had hoped follow-up visits would fully resolve the problem. If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.

I've been a loyal and consistent customer of Premier's for about 4 1/2 years, and it's…read moredisappointing to have to remove my previous review and write a new, transparent based on my most recent experience. About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service.

We recently had a sudden ant infestation in both the kitchen and the bathroom prolly due to the recent heat. (Re: the bathroom, they were apparently attracted to the scent of body wash.) James was available within just 24 hrs and came within the stated time window and discovered three trails and colonies in our backyard. He used a special treatment that the ants take back to their nest to kill the whole colony. Within 48 hrs they were completely gone. Victory! He also followed up the next day to check up on us. Great service. James is professional, knowledgeable, and quite the gentleman. Thank you for swiftly solving yet another of our home's pest problems!

Not sure about you but it's definitely hard to find a combination like this in the service industry these days. I normally take care of bug sprays around the house myself but last year, we had a really crazy ant infestation that I couldn't figure out why or find the source until I desperately reached out to DM. They came out the same day and identified the source was coming from my neighbor's tree(s) (one out front and one in the back corner adjacent to our yard). Being that my neighbor are older, we just decided to take care of it for them for our own sanity. The same neighbor just told me the other day, "no wonder, I didn't have any ant problems this whole year" after I had told them we had hired DM to keep the ant problems at bay since last year. They were too embarrassed to say anything about it years prior. Anyway, DM's rate/service is of great value. It's a bi-monthly rate, but they also will come out in between if there are any flare-ups with bug issues.
