I would highly recommend rodent control. From the start having the initial conversation with Julia was amazing keeping me at ease while we have rats in our attic. Michael came out and rodent proofed our house in mid October. Two months later we still had rats. Michael was out bi weekly checking traps through the first part of December. Then we haven't seen him since. We called and left a message, nothing. He was also supposed to do our monthly pest control service, we had a spider problem. That stopped too. We paid $1689.00 for the proofing of our house. I work from home, so I am here 24/7. I am easy to find, just show up. I ended up catching the rats, getting in the attic, etc...It's honestly disheartening to me that I read all these great reviews, the same one's we believed, but didn't get that service. We had an attic rat problem and called Rodent Proof for an estimate after another company gave us a high quote and a complicated work plan to replace the whole attic insulation. After inspection, Michael told us we didn't need replacement of attic insulation since the insolation was in good condition and our rat problem was a mild case.
