Service got much worse than before. They are asking for payment card to be on file now instead of paying per service. Recently, I asked them to come by to do a re treatment due to large spiders popping up inside the house. They aren't very responsive. It's been about three weeks since I asked them to. Previously they would immediately come by to do another sweep. This time, nothing. 9 spiders and three bites on my leg later, still nothing. I'm seriously considering in switching to a different business. I would look elsewhere if you're thinking of hiring them. read more

I love that they do the extermination of termites and will also repair your wood. It's not cheap but they are very efficient and you don't have to call two people. They replaced my wood in several places. Also did an inspection of my attic. They are very thorough. I would call them again. read more

Never got a call back we hired this service and paid in full advance back in March. Our Rat infestation had gotten worse. We've tired calling and texting couldn't reach Victor. He missed several scheduled visits. Ended up trying to catch the mice ourselves. $1,600 for a bunch of mouse traps that didn't work. read more

Pink Xterminators has earned a customer for life. Victor came out for a roof rat and spider issue and set the bar so high I don't know how anyone competes. He underpromised and massively overdelivered, went beyond the scope of work, and genuinely loves what he does and you can feel it. But honestly the whole company operates this way. We've had a monthly maintenance account with them and every single tech who's come out has been professional, positive, thorough and fair. After a very upsetting first impression, I spoke to one of the managers and he was very apologetic and made sure to do his best to make up for their bad first impression. When we bought our home, the sellers used Pink Xterminators for treatment and prevention of termites during closing. We sold the home 18 months later and decided to use Pink again for our termite clearance since we figured they could stand by their work. Instead, they gave us a quote for $2,000 worth of termite damage that needed repair before they could provide clearance for the sale. Our agent reached out and asked why we were being charged so much for damages on a very small home that they worked on for repairs and prevention just 18 months ago. They sent us a lower quote for around $1,500. We had them make the repairs and do more preventative work. Fast forward to closing and the receipt they gave me shows that we paid $95 less than what we were charged for repairs because the $95 we paid for the initial inspections goes towards repairs if any are needed. The problem is, the receipt doesn't show WHY we were charged $95 less than what was charged for repairs. Our escrow company, our real estate agent, and myself all tried COUNTLESS times to get ahold of them to confirm that the account was paid in full. After 2 months none of us have been able to reach anyone at the company. Our escrow company couldn't close unless they charged us $95 to send to Pink to make sure the account was paid in full. They are now holding a check for Pink and have been continually trying to get ahold of the company to release the check to them, or cancel it if they can confirm that the account was, in fact, paid in full. They have called and emailed several times with no response. I have called and emailed dozens of times with no response. When I call it always goes to voicemail and I can't leave a message because their voicemail box is full. It is impossible to get ahold of them. So, unless you want to hire someone to do a questionable job and then disappear and never be able to reach them again, don't hire Pink Xterminators. read more

I paid $1700 to get fumigated for Drywood termites. Less than two years ago termites are back. I called because I was under the impression that if I get termites again. it would be covered with her three year warranty . Nope did you know there's different types of termites? And now that I have subterranean termites it's going to cost me another$ 1150. I definitely wouldn't recommend. Unless you have money like that. read more

Everyone sent out at the treatment appointments was quick, respectful, and answered any questions I had. The only reason I am rating 4 instead of 5 stars is because there were several scheduling mix ups with their scheduler, not the individuals that came out to perform the work (ie cancelled appointment no notice, additional appointment with no notice, steps scheduled out of order, etc.) We worked through scheduling issues each time, but the work itself was effective and straightforward for the price. read more

I came to know Pink Xterminators by calling another company that was recommended to me by a coworker, but it turned out, that company was in the Inland Empire, and would not come out to me in Cerritos. So when I called, I actually got to speak to the owner, and I felt totally comfortable with him. I had actually spoken to the admins of the 2 big companies that do this (I won't mention their names) but I did not feel good about them, as it was just a sales pitch. With Pink, it was much more personal. Needless to say, almost a year later, I am very happy with the work they did, and so much so, I am currently doing the bi-monthly follow up visits, as my place (a rental) was just a HUGE mess when I came to know of the rat/mice infestation. I also want to add that Daisy who I deal with a lot, is awesome. Victor (owner?) and his crew Jesus were absolute pleasure to deal with while we called them to help us get rid of the flea problem at home. We called yesterday and they came out this morning. We did one time flea treatment + general treatment. We honestly didn't quote compare much as we were just in urgent need to immediately stop the buggers from devouring our kids alive, but based on my quick search for the job, it seemed rather reasonable. Jesus worked quick while being informative on what to expect, explained the scope of work he was doing. They didn't play game with the initial quote given over the phone. The owner is very nice. I only dealt with him during the quote process. Not the best work. All holes for mice/rats were filled and covered but did not look good. Could have been done to look nicer on my home. I never knew when they were coming to check the traps. Missed them a few times because I was at work.
