I am so impressed with this company. The first time I ever scheduled an extermination, there was a mishap with the scheduling and communication. Long story short - my family and I had went away for 3 days so that our house could be thoroughly exterminated. I contacted Victor and let him know that I had packed up my family for this extermination (we had a newborn at the time and our pups) and I had someone waiting there.
