I have ants that invade the house during the summers. I had used a another vendor for a couple of years up until 2 years ago. I had called that vendor and I was on the phone for an unusually long time. They were trying to locate my account. I am so impressed with this company. The first time I ever scheduled an extermination, there was a mishap with the scheduling and communication. Long story short - my family and I had went away for 3 days so that our house could be thoroughly exterminated.
