The Good, We've used their service for 5-6 years. Alex, our exterminator, is very thorough and occasionally we will get a return of the ants after a month of treatment. They will return to re-spray free of charge. The bad, you can't get a human voice because everything goes to voice mail. Maybe I just happened to get the bad apple or something, but I regretted signing up with this company immediately. When I arrived home to find the invoice stuck in the door, the guy had checked off the box for "dewebbing" yet there were still spider webs within 3 feet of the front door and on several exterior windows. That combined with the lack of evidence he had even entered the back yard, and the ants still crawling up the front of my garage door frame, made me wonder if he did anything at all or just came by and dropped off a receipt with a bunch of boxes checked off. To be fair, when I called to complain the person I spoke with was very apologetic. She cancelled the service contract right there, and refunded my initial payment with no hassle. I wonder how good is there service, since there drivers have zero manners. I would think twice to call this company. It happened to be, we were driving on I71 south on Saturday, April 23 at 2:15pm. All of a sudden, traffic just stopped, so to be safe, I turned on my hazardous lights to slow down the traffic. The guy in the back driving the company vehicle, flipped a middle finger for slowing down the traffic. He got so upset that he kept raising his hands to gesture to what I was doing. I had to move my car in the emergency lane so he won't hit me. Instead of being courteous or thankful enough, he was simply rude. I don't know how they are in their business but I hope they are professional to understand the rules of driving. read more

We have been using Orange Coast Pest Control for over a year since our old Pest Control was bought out by a large chain who did not offer us the same type service as our previous technician so we dropped them when we just became a number. We tried Orange Coast after speaking with their customer service and we have been happy with their service. They notify you with an email reminder at least a week and a half in advance so if you have plans, you can give them a call to reschedule. The technician arrives and actually makes contact with you at the door, if you are home, and they let you know what they are planning to do that day. I'll put the dog away and open everything up for him. The technician always asks me if I would like them to spray the garage and even spray the inside of my Tuff Shed if I am having bug issues. I don't know what the deal is with Ants but they put down lots of granules and spray pretty heavy but for some reason the Ants just seem to find their way back around the yard but we have not had Ants in the house at all since using them. Having them in the house was an issue with the chain pest control who wanted to charge us extra to come back out and OCPC would come back with a phone call. I am happy with my service! read more

I had to fire them for not doing the job. I had scheduled an appointment for the afternoon so I could be there. They decided to show up just before noon. My security camera showed the tech was there from 11:52 and then left paperwork at the front door and left at 11:58. Hardly enough time to spray 2 gallons of pesticide. A friend of mine used them for a termite service, and was very happy. Im sure it was just the the one employee. Paid in full a whole year. At least thought someone would have the courtesy to tell you your contact was up. So the guy comes out, and I told him "I thought our service was up". He shrugs his shoulders and asks if I can open the back. Next thing I know we get an invoice for 84 bucks. My wife calls in and asks to speak to a manager. She let me know they were condescending and rude. Basically they told her you get an invoice every month that lets you know the status of your contact. I have had Orange Coast Pest Control service for over 1 year. They have kept all the pests at bay. No ants, spiders or bugs of any kind. I have had their service at a very reasonable price, I have had other pest contral services with a much higher rate. They inform me when they will be coming, the tech always comes to the door to let me know he is here, asks if I have any specific problems. I told him once my husband had seen a mouse in the garage so he placed sticky traps. If you see any pests after they have sprayed they will come back spray again at no cost.
