Fantastic!! I cannot overstate how fantastic this company is. Here's the situation I woke up to - ants all over the floor in the kitchen, pouring from an outlet in the dining room and me trying to kill them using a variety of sprays that either just made them stronger or fed them because it certainly wasn't either stopping or killing them! I have a neighbor who has used Allied Pest Control for years, got their info from them and called. I explained what had happened and Nancy - office manager - said that it might be Monday before someone could it get out - that would have been four days! At that point I was imagining horror movie scenarios! But she also told me that she was going to call Ryan and see if could fit me in for same day. Nancy texted me that Ryan would come out same day and within an hour of when she texted me, Ryan was explaining the process at my home, telling me what he was going to do in order to make sure the ants stayed out and didn't come back. The entire service took 45 minutes. Now on a side note, my disabled dad lives me. When people come into the house, they either usually do one of two things - completely ignore him or talk to him as if he were a toddler. Ryan did neither, he was nice, spoke to him as he would anyone else and took the time to chat with him for just a few moments. That alone would have earned this review but the fact that four hours after service I have yet to see an ant in the house - that is amazing! Yes, I will be using them monthly. Yes, I am glad they are as good as I heard. Yes, I will be telling friends, family, maybe even total strangers to call and use Allied Pest Control. And one more thing... in this time when every dollar counts - the fees Allied Pest Control charges are VERY competitive and frankly they are worth the money!! read more

We have been on your bi-monthly program for the past six years. We have stayed with Allied Pest Control for several key reasons. First, Ron and his team utilize products that work effectively against ants, spiders and other pests. He is always willing to share his knowledge of various products and offers meaningful solutions that woek. Second, on occassion we have had to call him for some immediate need and when I've called for service, he has been there to take care of it promptly. Third, not only does Ron take pride in providing exceptional service, but he and his team take great pride in making sure that the custimer is taken care of and goes the extra mile each and everytime. It's not just a one time occurrence... it's consistent service and follow-through each and everytime. For some reason, other companies just can't quite get it that it's certainly not only about the price of the service, but it's also about the level of service you provide and whether you truly mean to take care of my needs. I thought highly of the company until the day they came out to spray my home without calling me first. The thing with that is it rained the next day and everytime they had sprayed previous to that they made us turn off our sprinklers saying that it would wash all the spray away. They said they would come back and respray but my husband and I work all week and we had a hard time meeting with them since they are not always in our area. My husband finally has a friday off so I called them and they said they would come out but they will be charging us again. It's too bad, they need to work on their customer sicne they are a fam owned company and word of mouth can eithor make or break them. This is a service that I need and I guess I will google their competer and be using them for now on. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! I scheduled my inspection for after 4pm because I had to pick-up the kids from school. The guy showed up over an hour early. When I told him that he could not do the inspection until 4 because I was just leaving to pick up the kids, he had the audacity to tell me that my kids could wait!!! And this is after they rescheduled my appt from earlier in the week. Guess he didn't want to wait until after 4pm to start drinking his beer!! They need to respect their customers schedules. After 4, means after 4!! I called Integrity Termite & Pest Control Solutions and the owner, Robert, was at my house in an hour and did the termite inspection. I will never use Allied, but Integrity has got my business for life!!! read more

"I have used Allied Pest Control for three years. I have had gophers, rats, spiders and a bee swarm issue. The gophers have been an ongoing problem as have the rats in my attic. I have had excellent service from Ron and his staff. I have never had to wait for service. Once I call they are there either that day or the next. They have always arrived on time and have never kept me waiting. I am preparing to go on a monthly service because of the re-occurring pest issue. I feel confident each time I call them that I will get great service. They have never disappointed me! Nick is the absolute best pest control technician ever! He does a great job. He answers all of my questions patiently, and he clearly presents what he needs to do in order to solve any pest problem that I have. He goes above and beyond in his job, and he is always willing to help me. For example, he put my trash cans out at the curb in preparation for trash day so that I did not have to do it with swarming bees who were confused that their hive had been destroyed. I used allied once for a one time service. The technician was rude did not really do much. What was interesting is when I saw him mixing different types of chemical which worried me. I went to a different company and asked if it was normal to mix different chemicals. The sales guy said no. So they are putting more poison in my house that is not needed. Also the staff in the office is really unprofessional they are rude and really hard to work with. Allied was the worse company i have dealt with in years. read more

We had them out, they told me a price, and explained that I would be shown the dead animals before being charged and then we scheduled service. They charge a service fee per visit and then a fee per animal killed on top of that. I thought that was a little bit of an odd model, but I didn't think it was bad, so I agreed. They came, buried the traps, and then returned in a week. I got an email invoice showing a charge. Nobody showed me any gophers or anything. I politely mentioned this when the boss came back and he apologized, reset the traps and said he'd see me the next week. They came back and said they caught more and showed me a little grainy photo of a dead animal that could have been taken anywhere at any time. Every time they visited, they tried to get me to sign up for a monthly fee that makes no sense. It gives an insignificant discount on the catch fee. Overall the subscription fee would add up to much more than the discount. It makes no sense. After the 3rd time I declined, they ghosted me completely. There was no conflict, there was no complaint from me (other than the polite mention that I didn't know they caught anything the first time.) They just reset their traps and never returned. I've emailed, and called and nobody has replied. Their traps are still buried in my backyard. It's been about 6 months. And before you reply, business owner: It's too late. Don't bother. I'm not going to change this review and you've had multiple chances to do the right thing. Nothing you can do now will improve the situation.
