We had a terrible ant problem and I had gone to a Facebook group I belong to looking for recommendations and AAA Pest Solutions came up numerous times as the very best. They were RIGHT! Tim was very accommodating since we were concerned about our pets and the small children in our household. We came up with a good solution for us and I can honestly say after Tim came we are now ant free! Don't hesitate to contact him. Another thing that is important to me is communication. For weeks I tried to solve my rat problem on my own. Things definitely got out of hand as one rat turned into multiple and none of my traps were working. I called a few people to come out but Tim the owner of AAA Pest Solutions stood out immediately. He was friendly, professional, and was able to assess my problem very quickly and identified all the entrances the rats had made. He gave me a great quote and was able to start on the spot. Several trips later with constant communication Tim had completely taken care of the problem and even sprayed for bugs, I highly recommend AAA Pest Solutions! We have a horrible cockroach problem outside on our patio in the summer. Since Tim has been coming to spray every month, I haven't seen one cockroach! The black widows here in Riverside are also so bad and with a two year old it has always made me very nervous, especially with outside toys like power wheels. Almost without fail if you flip a chair, table, large toy, ride on, trash can, upside down you will find a black widow and several egg sacs. I was always paranoid to sit outdoors without checking the underneath cushions first! Since Tim has been coming we still occasionally check just out of habit but we very rarely find any anymore, thank GOD! Tim is a great guy, communicates well and always comes when he says he will. Excellent service! We were recommended to Tim and AAA Pest Solutions by a friend. Ever since starting their service, we haven't had any issues with pests inside or outside. We used have a lot of spiders, ants, and odd other bugs all around the house, and occasionally they would slip inside. Great service, very honest, and knowledgeable. Took time to educate me about my issue and the best treatment for it. I called around 5 different other companies most didn't answer and some couldn't come to my home until days later, I needed my home checked ASAP. Tim is professional and friendly, and an expert when it comes to pests! You name it. We've had! Spiders, ants, pincher bugs ( I think they're also referred to as earwigs?), mice, etc! Every time, Tim came to our rescue. Most recently, we were having a really bad go with the ants. They were crawling on kids while they slept at night, or getting on us when we went to the bathroom! Sensing my panic, Tim cane right away and sprayed in the house this time. We have not seen an ant since! He's always on time. Always kind. Easy to get a hold of. A good listener with multiple solutions or alternatives. And he takes safety very seriously! If you're looking for a good "pest person," look no further! We had them out, they told me a price, and explained that I would be shown the dead animals before being charged and then we scheduled service. They charge a service fee per visit and then a fee per animal killed on top of that. I thought that was a little bit of an odd model, but I didn't think it was bad, so I agreed. They came, buried the traps, and then returned in a week. I got an email invoice showing a charge. Nobody showed me any gophers or anything. I politely mentioned this when the boss came back and he apologized, reset the traps and said he'd see me the next week. They came back and said they caught more and showed me a little grainy photo of a dead animal that could have been taken anywhere at any time. Every time they visited, they tried to get me to sign up for a monthly fee that makes no sense. It gives an insignificant discount on the catch fee. Overall the subscription fee would add up to much more than the discount. It makes no sense. After the 3rd time I declined, they ghosted me completely. There was no conflict, there was no complaint from me (other than the polite mention that I didn't know they caught anything the first time.) They just reset their traps and never returned. I've emailed, and called and nobody has replied. Their traps are still buried in my backyard. It's been about 6 months. And before you reply, business owner: It's too late. Don't bother. I'm not going to change this review and you've had multiple chances to do the right thing. Nothing you can do now will improve the situation.
