We recently had a sudden ant infestation in both the kitchen and the bathroom prolly due to the recent heat. (Re: the bathroom, they were apparently attracted to the scent of body wash.) James was available within just 24 hrs and came within the stated time window and discovered three trails and colonies in our backyard. He used a special treatment that the ants take back to their nest to kill the whole colony. Within 48 hrs they were completely gone. Victory! He also followed up the next day to check up on us. Despite repeated treatments, I am still finding roaches in different areas of the house. The number may be lower, but the issue is not resolved, which is disappointing.
