If the ants get especially bad, they'll even come back for an extra service. Honestly, our biggest ant problem comes from neighboring properties, so that's not something any company can completely control, but they do everything they can to keep it under control. I had him come out for a routine termite inspection in July, and he actually found a mouse nest in my attic! He showed me what was going on and asked if I wanted them to take care of it. Since they've always done such a great job with termites, I decided to hire them for the mouse problem too. Ruben told me they'd have to use a big machine to suck out all the insulation with mouse droppings, clean out the attic, disinfect it, and then put in new insulation. On the first day, Ruben, Omar, and Jose spent six hours cleaning out the attic, setting traps, doing termite treatment, and sealing up holes in the attic and garage. They came back the next day, confirmed there were no new droppings, finished the cleaning, and put in the insulation. Ruben, Omar, and Jose did a fantastic job. They covered up the involved areas with plastic on walls and floor and cleaned them up when they were done for the day, and did the same thing the next day. They are very well experienced in what they are doing. They're all super friendly and answered all my questions. I'm really happy with all of them. Ruben set traps and bait boxes inside and outside my house. He's even coming back in two weeks to check the attic, and then again two weeks after that. Ruben said their work is guaranteed, so if they find new mouse evidence in the attic next year, they'll fix it for free. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and the high quality of work from Ruben,Jose and Omar. It was a bit pricey, but totally worth it. I'd definitely hire No Nonsense again for their services.

With the recent hot weather, we had noticed an uptick in drywood termite activity around the house and decided it was time to take a more preventative approach, particularly with our attic. Because of the way our older home was designed, we honestly weren't sure the attic could be properly accessed. Omar proved otherwise. He managed to get himself up through a very tight opening and thoroughly treat the exposed wood throughout the attic, giving us some much-needed peace of mind that an area of the house we had always worried about was finally protected. More recently, when activity appeared around one of our living room windows, they treated the area and we haven't seen any additional evidence there since. Termites are simply a reality of homeownership in Southern California, especially with an older home, and we'd much rather stay ahead of them than discover substantial damage years down the road.
