First of all, I got a call & a text right away after putting in a service call. Thank you so much Anna. I really love how this company is family owned & trustworthy. when Ruben the technician got to our house, the first thing I noticed, he was sweeping away, all spider webs from my neighborhood entrance to my condominium. when I saw that I knew right away that I was dealing with somebody that had good etiquette and a good guy. he was so knowledgeable in the treatment that he's using and how the process goes I was amazed. I was a little nervous because I have two pets after speaking with him. I was so confident that this is the right company that I used. my only problem was that I was extremely infested with ants inside of my house and outside. I do realize now that I was attracting them by putting traps around my house which I will never do that again. it's been three days. I have not one aunt in my house anymore. there was a big trail of ants outside of my house. I know that the process takes a little bit of time but how it diminished it went from 100 to 10% plus the entrance of my neighborhood had a lot of ants around the trees & the driveway, and those are all gone. Omg!!! I can't believe that. I'm so happy that I can walk my dogs without getting ants all over their paws now. And I'm talking about carpenter ants. Those are like a horror story. Another thing that I really liked and noticed that when he came into my house, he locked the door behind him, and that is a very nice safety cautious that he had. this was a one time treatment and I'm so impressed by it and I will be recommending this company and re-hiring them in the future if I have any other problems with ants. One thing I almost forgot there was no resident left over. I was so paranoid about that. all I had to do is just wipe down my counters but there was nothing on them. 8/31/23 REVIEW UPDATE July 7, they came for their 2nd visit 1 hour late. No communication and left before i could even personally speak with Ruben the service guy. Not to mention even with my 5 star review above, they were 2-3 hours late but I didn't mind because I didn't have plans. Now today my time frame was 4-6 ... I sent Anna the owner a text asking for an eta update at 5:38. Not one response and they NO SHOWED!!! Now at 6:28 Ruben texts me to say he's on the way! Immediately no. We called this company out for a rat and bee problem. They did absolutely nothing nothing since may until now to help, charged 700 to do exclusions and did a HORRIBLE job. They are very unprofessional people and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. The technician (son) Ruben has been extremely disrespectful and even jumped out of his vehicle on me as though he wanted to harm me. I have attached work done by them that is really bad quality work and screenshots of conversations that were had. They give a big time frames up to 5 hours, then show up late. They refuse to give accurate timeframes, and get defensive when you ask for an ETA. They value no one's time. Definitely a waste of time for months with absolutely zero results. As of today we still have bees and rats, currently unable to stay in our home until we find another more reliable and effective company. Not to mention there are 3 dead rats on the premises now that have been here waiting on Ruben to return for a few days. read more

We had seen ants around our property for awhile. It became a big problem when we bought several bags of mulch and discovered a large infestation of ants and ant eggs underneath the bags we left out in our backyard for a couple of days. Called Bug1One on a Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday. Rueben came out (he called 10-15 minutes before he arrived) and listened to our problem while we walked around the property. Within an hour he sprayed everything and got rid of all the spider webs. Very professional. Haven't seen any ants! read more

Never in my wildest dreams would I ever imagine to see a rat in my toilet but this was what I saw last Thursday in my toilet. Totally caught by surprise and disbelief and disgusted, I closed the lid right away and tried to flush but no help. I could hear it still splashing inside the toilet. I started calling around and just couldn't stop shaking. I was having hard time finding someone that would come out right away. Luckily Solo Termites Karen came to my rescue and referred me to BugOne and they sent Ruben who is my life saver. What a huge relief when he showed up and not only did he take care of the problem right away; he found an opening from outside of my house where the rat dug it's way inside and quickly filled the opening with foam. He set 3 trap stations outside and he took the time to spray around the house because I was also getting insect bites. He was very patient and very thorough and he explained everything and I couldn't be happier. Please don't hesitate to give him a call and you won't be disappointed.
