He spent enough time to answer all of my questions, from how the fumigation works, to how long the warranty will be, to what if some of the roof tiles are broken during tenting. He is also very honest to tell me he would use a subcontractor to do the work. Before and after the fumigation, Melissa and Jestine handled the detailed communications with me in a perfect manner. About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service.

Not Tide Pest! They nailed it. I had an awful problem with pantry moths. I had tried for months to get rid of them on my own to no avail. Bailey said I had been killing the adults, but not the (Eck) larvae. He explained what they'd do and sent an email with everything in writing which I did refer to several times to prep the kitchen correctly. He arrived within the time window stated and was done in 30 minutes. He let me know his eta an 30-60 min before they arrived. He examined my cupboards and hutch thoroughly before proceeding. He cleaned up afterwards-there was only a little bit. Only needed a dust pan Bailey said he'd follow up in a week to make sure they haven't returned. If I do see any, he said he'd return immediately. Very good job and worth it to finally get rid of these annoying insects. I've had to throw out many pantry items and feared buying more/eating them until this was handled. Tony was able to come out a couple days after I contacted them to inspect our home. After inspecting all of our mattresses, couches, etc., it turns out we didn't have any bed bugs and the bites were probably from mosquitoes. Tony was awesome in explaining how to identify if we have bed bugs, and the different types of services they offer. He was also very friendly and approachable. We recently had a cockroach infestation and I knew they hadn't been coming, probably since COVID. We work from home, live in a 24 hour guard-gated community in Irvine that doesn't let any vendors or guests in without calling the homeowners and checking people's drivers licenses. Finally called another pest control company to come out and that technician confirmed that the house has not been maintained. When I called customer service and told them I'm not paying their $140 bill they sent me, they still try to insist that they have been here. They say they will get back to me, and nothing for weeks. Then someone named Hassan calls today to see why I'm canceling and trying to keep us as customers. Unbelievable. They won't let you cancel without harassing you with calls and emails. Zero stars.
