I paid for the quarterly service, after he was a no show for my last appointment I was told I have to start over with the initial $300 fee. This guy is a scam. Don't get me started on the other missed appointment. I hear someone at my ring doorbell, I come outside and the guy is already in the truck driving passed my house leaving and looking directly at me. I was referred to Milton by some of my neighbors and thought he would at least show up. We had an appointment from 9-11 took some time off work to be here for him, didn't even bother showing up or calling, I had to call him at 10:45 and his response was "oops, I am only human and forgot to put you on my schedule" thought I would give him a second chance, and asked if he could show up at 3 that same day, he called once, I happen to be wrapping up a phone call with a customer and he didn't bother to show up again, and said he drove around the neighborhood and couldn't find my house and decided to leave. I cannot say enough good things about Milton! He's the MAN! He traps them and does it quickly with his unique feeding mixture that lures them right in. Literally within 15 minutes of him leaving the trap went off and we caught the rat we had. I've had several quotes from different pest control companies, large and small... no one can hold a candle to Milton. He arrived right on time and took his time inspecting our property, inside and out. He was extremely professional and personable. Other inspectors hardly went into the attic, some staying on their ladder and shining their flashlight into a very large area. Then, after a very quick inspection, they would offer a quote for their service, each one outrageous in price...starting from hundreds to thousands of dollars to do the work... While in the attic, Milton found the rat's entry point and asked if he could repair it. I gave him my approval and, for a very fair price, he had the problem fixed and solved! I had been using another pest control service, who had been charging money every month for pest control and rat abatement. The only thing they did was put down traps near the openings of the attic. They refused to go into the attic to determine where the rats were entering our home, so the problem was never solved, and I'm no longer using their services. I called around looking for an exterminator. I was frantic and in need of someone ASAP. It was New Year's Day so most businesses were closed. I left messages looking to book someone immediately. Day 2 bright and early I reached out to Milton. I told him my issue and said he could come out next day. I was not interested in next day service since I had been calling around the day before.
