I'm really glad I met Timo Garcia and requested a quote from his company. He's honest and explains in detail the problem and solution, specifically how he is going to solve the rat/mice problem. He is also on site with his team, overseeing the various steps. In this case we had an infestation in the attic and crawl space, and it required immediate action with a knowledgeable professional and trained crew. He delivered in cleaning up the situation, installing proofing, traps and even putting in "foam" to test out if rats are still clawing their way back into the various spaces. He warranties his work for 2 years vs. lifetime. He explained that if the work is done professionally, and accurately, there should be no need for additional work down the line. Not sure when it started, but I found an issue with rats in my house. I looked for rodent control services, and most of them refused to send the service because it is condo, not a single unit house. It took a while... to find this service, and Timo replied very fast. He came and visited in 3 days, and told me there is a hole that rats can go through, with detailed explanations. We were worried if they can make another hole, but he told us the hole was not made by the rats, but it looks like a mistake after construction or something. His service was crystal clear, fast, and he gave enough explanations to us so that we can feel comfortable. He patched the hole and left some traps in case some rats left in my house, and fortunately, nothing happened.
