I highly recommend Rodent Expertz. They took care of my horrible rat problem quickly and professionally. I tried to rid rats for weeks!! No trap worked. I chose their company based on the positive reviews, fair price and follow up warranty. They communicated well and were able to schedule a work time right away. They got rid of the rats and I finally feel at peace in my own home. They know what they're doing. read more

If you have rats or squirrels in your basement, attic, and/or walls, this company CAN fix it. That's the only good thing I can say about them. The monthly bait stations and repellant spray service is awful. They don't want to schedule ahead of time or have a routine day or time of month, they prefer to operate by texting you when a tech is on their way. Not home? They'll just skip anything behind a gate and charge you the same $148. It took me months to get them to agree to tell me the day before a tech was scheduled to come (and still no time given in advance.) Apparently, they think everyone with a gated backyard stays home all day every day and can allow access when they decide to show up on a whim. This past July I contacted them via email to see if I could change from a monthly schedule to every other month. No reply. I called multiple times and if I was able to talk to someone, they would tell me they'd talk to their manager and call me back. When the tech came mid August, I told him the trouble I was having and was insured someone would contact me. They didn't. On September 2nd they finally emailed me and said we could switch every other month. 9 days later, they charged me again (despite having come in August.) I emailed them and asked them to refund the charge or apply it to the following month. Not only did they never reply, a tech didn't come out at all in September. I began emailing and calling, emails went unanswered and the woman I would speak to on the phone always had to talk to someone else and call me back. She still, to this day, has never had anyone call me back. On October 11th, they charged me again. I then called again and told the girl who answered to cancel my subscription and refund me the $296 they'd charged me for and not provided service. Her answer was "oh I can't process refunds, I'll have to talk to my manager and have them call you back." I told her that was more of the same BS, and if I didn't receive my refund within a week I'd dispute the charges they my bank, as that's fraud. I'm sure you'll be SHOCKED to hear I didn't receive a call OR a refund. On October 17th I received an automated email saying my subscription with them was canceled, but no refund. They didn't even mention it. That's the last I've heard anything from them. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, and the process is still ongoing. If you value your time and money, don't hire this company; they respect neither. read more

Had rats getting into my attic and honestly didn't know where to start. Called Rodent Expertz and really glad I did. Eli and his team came out, did a full inspection, tracked down all the entry points, trapped and removed the rats, and then sealed everything up so nothing can get back in. They also cleaned up the mess the rats left behind, which I wasn't expecting but really appreciated. The whole crew was easy to deal with, showed up when they said they would, and actually walked me through what they found and what they were doing. Highly recommend. read more

Expensive and poor communication has made me lose confidence in this company. Please be smarter than me and quote around other companies first. I've paid around $4k for Attic & Crawlspace Cleaning & Sanitization, Rodent Proofing, trap placement, and a monthly service. Similar to the review below they were only around for less than 6 hours for hastily done work. For a service as expensive as this you'd expect to have all the work completed. Sean was responsive and prompt, however, i've been struggling for weeks to even get a response about the follow up appointment that was supposed to happen months ago. I continuously call to check in, but always get pushed off that they're still attempting to find a technician to finish the check up. They even told me that they'd follow up with me, however, 90% of the time I've gotten a response is due to my own diligence of calling them back. This was expensive and i've had to pull out a loan, I've tried asking for a refund due to their services not being completed but they keep saying that there's nothing they can do. Yes you can, finish the service you initially promised! Please be smarter than me and call around first to see what other companies have better rates. They're quick to complete the work and receive payment, however, follow ups and post-services have been unreliable. I've genuinely tried to be patient but I feel like i've constantly been pushed off. read more

I had Eli from rodent Expertz coming out to help with my rodent project as we had them running and active in the attic. That was at the end of October and I'm very happy with their service read more

They took care of the rat problem I had I truly recommend ... Elii came in with his crew and it's been couple of weeks that we are rats free

I will give them 2 stars because they actually (seemingly) (so far) rodent-proofed the house. BUT!!! EXTREMELY expensive; and EXTREMELY poor communication; and EXTREMELY poor follow-through. They seem to be a semi-legit rip-off. I tried to complain to the owner of the company and they wouldn't tell me who the owner is, nor how to get in touch with him/her. I recommend that you steer clear of these con artists and find a legitimate responsible company to do the job. read more

Rodent Expertz - Insulation Installation Near Me - Los Angeles, California

There aren't a lot of companies that sanitize, rodent proof and replace insulation so I'm glad we found this company. I have had many bad experiences from the realtors, roofers and contractors where it's been tough to trust anyone with a big job. Thankfully we made the right decision and this company completed all the work they promised for a reasonable price. Eli came over to our place for the inspection, gave us a quote and patiently answered all our questions. On the day of the job Eli was onsite, as promised, with Kobe who kept us informed and updated us throughout the process. I was surprised they brought such a large crew who were very kind and respectful. They treated us like close friends or family. Many companies try to corner you to pay for more services or seem to suddenly find new issues that need to be done but "weren't covered" in the original contract. Eli and Kobe answered every question we had and helped inspect many things that we had concerns about in our attic. After the day of the job, we could hear that the rats weaseled their way in again which was not surprising since we live by a food bank. Eli responded quickly and came back with his crew a few times to diligently help find and patch up holes around our house to prevent the rats from getting back inside. I believe that Eli and his company works really hard to make sure that we were satisfied. I hope they continue to treat all their customers as well as they treated us! read more

Oh my gosh! I'm so overwhelmingly happy with the service I received from Eli and his team, I don't even know where to start! Our house is about 100 years old and we had heard critters in the attic crawlspace before, but recently it was getting out of control. I'm absolutely terrified of looking in the crawl spaces myself and was expecting the worst. We wanted to have someone come inspect it and making an appointment was super easy. They showed up promptly, and I appreciated getting a text about 30 minutes prior to their arrival letting me know they were en route. Other than the reviews here on yelp, one of the main reasons I decided to go with Attic Services/Air Expertz is the combined services of cleaning/sanitizing/rodent proofing/rodent removal/insulation/AND duct replacement. They do it all! Most other places specialize in one thing but it was so convenient to have them take care of EVERYTHING all at once. The gentlemen who did the inspection were thorough and very polite. They sent me a quote shortly after they left and got started first thing the next day! Again, they arrived on time and the additional workers were extremely courteous and kept the house very tidy, working hard to minimize walking through the house and cleaning up after themselves. The whole team was extremely professional. It was a two day project, the first day they rodent proofed (the attic crawl space, under the house, and any other exterior holes around our pipes etc.), cleaned and sanitized, and left traps. The second day they replaced all of the ducts under the house and installed insulation into the attic crawl space. Overall very respectful of the house. They also made sure to close all the gates behind them, which I really appreciate since we have dogs. Both days they arrived about 10am and were out before 4. As long as I've lived in this house we've never had anyone in the attic crawl spaces and I was secretly terrified someone was going to fall through the ceiling but these guys know what they're doing. I was also nervous that they would have to cut into the ceiling to make the small entrance for the crawl space larger, but they suggested blow-in insulation which meant they were able to work within the tightness with absolutely no damage to the walls. We weren't originally planning on having the ducts replaced, but they showed me photos of how rats had torn them apart and we agreed that they absolutely needed to be replaced. The weather is cold and windy today and right this moment we have the heat on in the house for the first time since they finished. There is one vent in particular that has NEVER had hot air blow out of it and I can't believe that it is actually working now! I can only imagine how much warm air we've wasted pumping under the house instead of through the ducts if they were this torn up! I'm also shocked at how noticeably dramatic the insulation is affecting the temperature of the house. We have the heat on a much lower setting than normal and I'm feeling so cozy! Their prices were very fair, especially considering just how much they did and how efficiently/professionally they did it! There were no extra surprise fees. They will be coming back two more times to check and remove the traps they left (to catch anything that may still be lingering inside). They have a one year warranty on their work which is fantastic. I honestly can't remember the last time such a large home improvement project went so smoothly. Optimistically, I won't have to be calling these guys again any time soon but I definitely know who I'll be going with if anything ever comes up again! Cannot recommend them enough! read more

So thankful for warranties and for a company who sticks by them! I had rodent exclusion and insulation work done about month ago and this week we heard scratching noises again. Somehow the rats were able to create new holes and made their way into the house. Thankfully I was able to get a hold of The office staff at Attic Services and they booked me in for yesterday. The crew came punctually within the time frame I was given. They did a thorough inspection and did indeed find new holes. They sealed them all up, put out a couple of traps in case any rats were stuck inside, and were done within the hour! Again, I could not recommend more Attic Services Los Angeles, Eli, and his team! I appreciate an honest company that doesn't leave you hanging. read more
