I called Bug Boss on Saturday, Oct. 12th and left a message. When I didn't get a return call I called back and spoke to someone who promised a technician would call me back in a couple of hours. That didn't happen. I sent them an email stating my dissatisfaction and said that I didn't have the time to chase down a vendor because I thought I had bed bugs and needed a timely visit. Diego called and left me a message. I called him back and he never returned my call. I guess it was for the best because I ended up doing with HomeShield Pest Control. I have health issues and need a vendor with patience who could walk me through the process and make things as easy as possible for me. The HomeShield technician did confirm that the bug I was able to trap was in fact a bed bug. Fortunately with all the things I was using in my home not knowing what kind of bugs I had, the technician said I kept the infestation to a minimum. He also ran through the prep process which is a little daunting for me because of my health issues and he told me would help me with what I couldn't move myself and makes things as easy as possible the day of the treatment. So I guess the folks at Bug Boss didn't return my call for a reason because I feel the HomeShield team will help me make this process a whole lot easier.
