I was referred to this company by the best real estate agent ever. Lindsey Acton. I had months long debates on tenting/fumigating my house. Jesse answered all my questions and talked me through so Much of my issues with rats. The company repaired and sealed all my holes around my house to prevent further infestation. Who knew the company that installed my ac would cause me so many issues creating holes in my vents, and opening my crawl space. Thank god all the rats were gone. I then contacted the company again because of spiders and other bugs that started coming into my house. I also had slight termite damage. I contacted Jesse again and he explained the process of tenting. Jesse set me a YouTube video of how to prepare and what to expect. I know I was a bit much with all my questions, but Jesse from Ikill pest control didn't show any frustration and answered all my questions. I had forgot To bag some things and some expensive medication before we left for fumigation, and they actually did it for me. They were a lot cheaper than a lot of other company's I inquired about and I feel like as much time as they spent talking me through this issues, they are underpaid. Jesse is amazing at what he does and makes you feel comfortable with understanding the reports. He does not try to scam you with high prices. He is very affordable and the work shows great quality. He was able to be out the next day for a free consultation whereas many others charge a fee. He was able to have the items needed to be completed done within a week time and is very flexible! Definitely recommend! I do want to mention, the agency that was contracted to do the fumigation did end up taking something out of the home which we caught on camera, but when Jesse was notified, he did his best to rectify the situation in the best possible manner! I will start by saying I have been a customer for over a year. Initially we had bird mites which are almost impossible to get rid of on your own, and more impossible to find someone who believes you and knows how to treat for it. iKill sent Debbie out who was great, she was able to assess and sprayed the entire inside and outside. The problem resolved and we were so happy we signed up for ongoing quarterly service. Since then, the quality of service has been declining little by little, now I am at the point where it is inexcusable. It started with random charges, errors in "late payments" (I am signed up for auto payments so late payments are impossible). They did respond to say the error was on their end and removed the charges but this has happened more than once over the past year. Then I watched the cameras and saw they swept the cobwebs which is part of the service, then left, came back an hour later and sprayed the wrong house... after I complained they came back and sprayed the correct house. I also had one nest that I wanted removed. They supposedly removed 4 nests and charged me $300. I felt taken advantage of, $300 is a lot of money, especially when the only nest I asked to be removed was on a house that wasn't mine, but next to my house on the same property. Overall, I feel like they did a great job initially and have just taken advantage since then. It's like they charge fees in hopes that people won't notice THEIR MISTAKES. If I didn't check my bill regularly they wouldn't have removed the charges, if I hadn't looked at my cameras my house would have never gotten sprayed. Who knows how many times this has happened. The spider activity and egg nests are still present too. I'm not sure if I can even speak to the quality of the sweeping process they are supposed to do before spraying. Overall I am so disappointed from a company I put so much faith into. My recommendation, use them for a one time or as needed service, but not for ongoing needs. read more

I have been using this company for about 4 years now. We initially had a rat problem and they took care of that quickly. We have since received monthly service that does a phenomenal job of keeping the bugs out of our home. We have also used them for a couple one off situations that also did such a great job. If I ever have an issue I can always check in with the team and they are so quick to come out and check things out, listen, and resolve things. I don't think I can start my review saying it was a pleasant experience with Carlos, because how pleasant could it have been when you need pest control's help?! I had a full on run in with a mouse while at home one night and immediately went on Yelp to look for Pest Control. We found Ikill and Carlos was responsive despite it being pretty late at night (9-10pm). He came out immediately the next day and inspected our house, and laid some traps after talking with my husband. Rather than upselling 2 lost souls, Carlos reassured us that this likely is a one-time occurrence since he didn't find any entry points of infestation. Sure enough the same night he laid the traps, the mouse was caught. Being scaredy cats, neither myself or my husband was ready to pick up the live, squealing mouse from the glue trap. We called back Carlos and he came back the same night, 20 minutes later, just to pick up the mouse for us and take it off premise. Not all hero wear capes. Honestly, though that's kind of standard and wouldn't be the one star, not great but standard. More importantly they make you sign a contract- but if they fail to deal with the pests- you are still on the hook to pay. We had the pleasure of Art coming to our house for initial inspection. He said he was new to the company but wow, this company is quite lucky to acquire such an experienced person! Sounds like ikill only staffs the best. I have an American roach problem. It's been a year. And I have considered moving and burning my home down. One pest control company straight up fired themselves because the problem kept getting worse. Maybe because their bare minimum outdoor/indoor spray wasn't enough. Maybe, they were in my attic lol. SEVERAL very reputable pest control companies have treated my home, but we're talking just baseboards and perimeter treatment only, saying it was more than enough... They refused to believe they were in my attic and therefore refused to treat my attic. Well....Art came in, investigated my entire situation, and immediately told me they were all wrong and I was right. I had an infestation in my attic...FOR A YEAR, just MAKING BABIES. He even checked behind my fridge and dishwasher and everywhere else. He did his due diligence, told me how to tackle it, and how to treat. Took pictures of roach activity, where the issues were and gave other recommendations. No up selling. This company TREATS/EXTERMINATES. Just so y'all know, I've been a faithful subscriber to IKill for a few years now. They've come through for me every time--through responding to bee concerns, brown widows, de-webbing, etc. I love that they are transparent about what kind of chemicals they spray, and that they're punctual and flexible. And mostly, I love that I have the same couple of technicians who come out to my house every time, so I start developing a relationship with them. They're always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I also love that they're quite communicative and considerate about the animals they're handling, too. For example, I called about what I thought was a wasp nest on the ceiling of my porch, and they started telling me about paper wasps and how they generally build their homes. By the time the tech was done telling me about things, I could see that she really cared about these creatures, and I asked if she could save the wasps somehow and just knock down the nest or just relocate them--and she was able to do something like that (can't remember how that was resolved, but it was). Called iKILL two weeks ago when I gave up on battling ants in my house. After calling 5 different companies, they were the only ones who had same day availability. I didn't realize that I had actually used this company several years back as well. Chris came out and sprayed the property and put bait inside. He was super knowledgeable and efficient. Then a week after that, I called them again for a rodent issue at my mother's house. Again, they came out the day I called. Alex arrived and was so helpful checking around the property and roof. He determined it was a raccoon getting in the attic. He advised closing up the space on the roof that was open, instead of just setting traps.
