We've been iKill customers for over a decade now. Techs are friendly and we've been happy being pest free. If we do encounter pests, they'll come and take care of it. Easy to make payments online, very happy with our service. read more

I saw a cockroach in my room and freaked out and I called Ikill and Robert came by and was very helpful and I feel like this is a company that offers a reasonable price for pest control. The service was fast and excellent and everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I'm so thankful I called this company. read more

This company is great! The team is very responsive and thorough. They communicate well and are reliable. My pest problem was resolved. Highly recommend! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their "Yelp Guarantee" is 100% fake. They have no idea how to handle a flea infestation. They caused me months of trouble and stole $350 for nothing. Disgusting company who should learn how to do something instead of faking it and stealing from decent people. read more

Tech came out for inspection, everything sounded great until I compared with other pest quotes. Turns out the tech was not able to access portions of the attic even though the opening to the large second part was at least 4 ft by 3 ft unlike 3 other companies that were able to, so nothing there was marked or observed. All other companies noted problems in this area. The fact that this area was not noted was the bigger trust issue. read more

Extremely responsive and fairly priced. Had to switch extermination services to here. Have enjoyed working with this business and highly recommend. Rodent removal has been excellent. read more

Jesse is amazing at what he does and makes you feel comfortable with understanding the reports. He does not try to scam you with high prices. He is very affordable and the work shows great quality. He was able to be out the next day for a free consultation whereas many others charge a fee. He was able to have the items needed to be completed done within a week time and is very flexible! Definitely recommend! I do want to mention, the agency that was contracted to do the fumigation did end up taking something out of the home which we caught on camera, but when Jesse was notified, he did his best to rectify the situation in the best possible manner! Wonderful guy would 1000% work with again. Also the item taken was only ice cream from the freezer. read more

I will start by saying I have been a customer for over a year. Initially we had bird mites which are almost impossible to get rid of on your own, and more impossible to find someone who believes you and knows how to treat for it. iKill sent Debbie out who was great, she was able to assess and sprayed the entire inside and outside. The problem resolved and we were so happy we signed up for ongoing quarterly service. Since then, the quality of service has been declining little by little, now I am at the point where it is inexcusable. It started with random charges, errors in "late payments" (I am signed up for auto payments so late payments are impossible). They did respond to say the error was on their end and removed the charges but this has happened more than once over the past year. Then I watched the cameras and saw they swept the cobwebs which is part of the service, then left, came back an hour later and sprayed the wrong house... after I complained they came back and sprayed the correct house. I also had one nest that I wanted removed. They supposedly removed 4 nests and charged me $300. I felt taken advantage of, $300 is a lot of money, especially when the only nest I asked to be removed was on a house that wasn't mine, but next to my house on the same property. Overall, I feel like they did a great job initially and have just taken advantage since then. It's like they charge fees in hopes that people won't notice THEIR MISTAKES. If I didn't check my bill regularly they wouldn't have removed the charges, if I hadn't looked at my cameras my house would have never gotten sprayed. Who knows how many times this has happened. The spider activity and egg nests are still present too. I'm not sure if I can even speak to the quality of the sweeping process they are supposed to do before spraying. Overall I am so disappointed from a company I put so much faith into. My recommendation, use them for a one time or as needed service, but not for ongoing needs. read more

I was referred to this company by the best real estate agent ever. Lindsey Acton. I had months long debates on tenting/fumigating my house. Jesse answered all my questions and talked me through so Much of my issues with rats. The company repaired and sealed all my holes around my house to prevent further infestation. Who knew the company that installed my ac would cause me so many issues creating holes in my vents, and opening my crawl space. Thank god all the rats were gone. I then contacted the company again because of spiders and other bugs that started coming into my house. I also had slight termite damage. I contacted Jesse again and he explained the process of tenting. Jesse set me a YouTube video of how to prepare and what to expect. I know I was a bit much with all my questions, but Jesse from Ikill pest control didn't show any frustration and answered all my questions. I had forgot To bag some things and some expensive medication before we left for fumigation, and they actually did it for me. They were a lot cheaper than a lot of other company's I inquired about and I feel like as much time as they spent talking me through this issues, they are underpaid. My house is big/rat free and I thank them! read more

I have a rodent infestation problem in a single family residence in Temple City. The entire Ikill Pest Control team is absolutely professional! Jesse and his supervisor are very friendly, super knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain and educate their customers about their area of expertise. Jesse is always punctual for all the appointments! And a shout out to Debbie, who is also on top of the paperwork. I highly recommend Ikill Pest Control for all pest control, inside and out! Follow-up: Jesse has been dutifully following up with weekly visits to check on traps and inspect for new entry points. He gives me a thorough report and asks for occupants feedback on the problem, which has been improving and the issue is now more controlled & well managed by Ikill Pest Control! Thank you, Jesse! read more

I have been using this company for about 4 years now. We initially had a rat problem and they took care of that quickly. We have since received monthly service that does a phenomenal job of keeping the bugs out of our home. We have also used them for a couple one off situations that also did such a great job. If I ever have an issue I can always check in with the team and they are so quick to come out and check things out, listen, and resolve things. It truly matters and is the reason I will continue to rely on them for all our pest/bug needs. Art has been doing our monthly sprays and he does a great job! He is very thorough and helpful and will text me an update after which I so appreciate. Thank you to the whole team! I definitely recommend this company. read more

Carlos was so awesome to work with. He worked w our schedule and was very understanding and had compassion w my current situation (having surgery). Showing that much care for a future client helped my husband and me choose this company. Carlos arrived at his said time and got the work done! Explained the bee situation in detail and will do the follow-up to make sure the bees are gone. Would recommend and hire again. read more

Ikill Pest Control - Bee hive under house. All started swarming out after treatment. It was wild. - Pest Control Near Me - Arcadia, California

I don't think I can start my review saying it was a pleasant experience with Carlos, because how pleasant could it have been when you need pest control's help?! I had a full on run in with a mouse while at home one night and immediately went on Yelp to look for Pest Control. We found Ikill and Carlos was responsive despite it being pretty late at night (9-10pm). He came out immediately the next day and inspected our house, and laid some traps after talking with my husband. Rather than upselling 2 lost souls, Carlos reassured us that this likely is a one-time occurrence since he didn't find any entry points of infestation. Sure enough the same night he laid the traps, the mouse was caught. Being scaredy cats, neither myself or my husband was ready to pick up the live, squealing mouse from the glue trap. We called back Carlos and he came back the same night, 20 minutes later, just to pick up the mouse for us and take it off premise. Not all hero wear capes. Thank you so much Carlos for helping us out! read more

We had a bee situation that needed to be resolved asap. Carlos and Art responded quickly and with professionalism. From our communications on Yelp and text to getting to our property, they were fast and clear. When Art arrived, he assessed the situation quickly and immediately had a plan. He took care of the bee swarm for us quickly. I would hire them again in an instant. Highly recommend! read more

Didn't really solve my issues; Operation that came out to my house was doing a lot of shrugging and asking me what I wanted them to do- kind of amatuer. Honestly, though that's kind of standard and wouldn't be the one star, not great but standard. More importantly they make you sign a contract- but if they fail to deal with the pests- you are still on the hook to pay. Do yourself a favor- get an upfront cost appraisal from somewhere else, not some weird contract stuff like this. Shady... read more

I have been using Ikill for about 5 years now and I am so pleased with the service. Daniel visits us monthly and I rarely, if ever, see these pests anymore. I used to have lots of spiders and lots of other insects as I live on a hillside. Daniel has helped keep everything at bay. He always asks if everything is working out and provides exceptional, prompt and professional service. Their monthly fees are reasonable and their service effective. Highly recommend! read more

iKill has been great about resolving a rat issue we had a few years ago. Now we have monthly maintenance and we wanted to give a shout out to our guy, DANIEL, who is awesome. We had the pleasure of Art coming to our house for initial inspection. He said he was new to the company but wow, this company is quite lucky to acquire such an experienced person! Sounds like ikill only staffs the best. I have an American roach problem. It's been a year. And I have considered moving and burning my home down. One pest control company straight up fired themselves because the problem kept getting worse. Maybe because their bare minimum outdoor/indoor spray wasn't enough. Maybe, they were in my attic lol. SEVERAL very reputable pest control companies have treated my home, but we're talking just baseboards and perimeter treatment only, saying it was more than enough... They refused to believe they were in my attic and therefore refused to treat my attic. Well....Art came in, investigated my entire situation, and immediately told me they were all wrong and I was right. I had an infestation in my attic...FOR A YEAR, just MAKING BABIES. He even checked behind my fridge and dishwasher and everywhere else. He did his due diligence, told me how to tackle it, and how to treat. Took pictures of roach activity, where the issues were and gave other recommendations. No up selling. This company TREATS/EXTERMINATES. Pricing is very reasonable and their methods are above and beyond. I went with cheap 5 star yelp companies and I wish I came to this company sooner. Because they actually INVESTIGATE. Art, thank you for actually listening and taking the time to figure out the problem instead of just the bare minimum of "baseboard perimeter spray subscription". This guy was absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond. read more

Ikill has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our time using them the last 3 years. Daniel our current technician was very patient and efficient when scheduling our treatments. Debbie our former technician in Altadena was always so kind and helpful. She even called to check on us after the Eaton fires. Carlos the owner even came out and serviced our home himself when we had an emergency rodent issue arise. Highly recommend this company! read more

Let me start by saying, I'm not a big fan of bugs and ants and things that have many legs. I live in La Canada Flintridge, though, so I basically live on an ant hill. That's why we signed up with iKill about 5 years ago. They give me peace of mind, knowing that they understand my concerns and always do a thorough job to proactively keep them at bay. Daniel usually services our house and he is fantastic - always kind and courteous and listens to my concerns about the yard. I don't review companies all that often but I'm just so grateful to iKill Pest Control for their helpful service and wanted to share my experience. read more

Highly recommend! We had some termite droppings in our bedroom wall and had to call Pest Control. Very quick, professional and friendly service. My ants disappeared almost immediately and have not come back.

Just so y'all know, I've been a faithful subscriber to IKill for a few years now. They've come through for me every time--through responding to bee concerns, brown widows, de-webbing, etc. I love that they are transparent about what kind of chemicals they spray, and that they're punctual and flexible. And mostly, I love that I have the same couple of technicians who come out to my house every time, so I start developing a relationship with them. They're always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I also love that they're quite communicative and considerate about the animals they're handling, too. For example, I called about what I thought was a wasp nest on the ceiling of my porch, and they started telling me about paper wasps and how they generally build their homes. By the time the tech was done telling me about things, I could see that she really cared about these creatures, and I asked if she could save the wasps somehow and just knock down the nest or just relocate them--and she was able to do something like that (can't remember how that was resolved, but it was). Thanks to this awesome team. I look forward to many more years of service with you. read more

Our family has been with Ikill Pest Control for approximately 7 years so this review is definitely overdue. We first met Carlos not long after we moved into our current home. We discovered a gopher that was digging up the yard and Carlos quickly helped us to solve the problem. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and we signed on for a maintenance plan and have been with Ikill since then. Most recently, our home suddenly had a huge infestation of ants. Over the course of a few weeks, Ikill was very responsive and continued to work with us until the problem was resolved. I was very impressed with all the staff and how friendly and professional everyone was. A huge thank you to Debbie, Jesse, and Rosie who were all extremely patient and sweet through the entire process. We're glad we've chosen to stay with Ikill through the years and would highly recommend them for any pest control needs. read more

Technician Debbie has done above and beyond quality work for us. She not only helps us rid of our rodents, but also fully explains how to prevent further invasions, as our house is deep in the mountains. Debbie calls us periodically to check up on how the progress is going, and is ready to show up if surprises arise. Her investigative work style, explanations, and easy going spirit makes her top notch, and our family knows we are in good hands. I would highly recommend Debbie and IKill Pest Control to anybody. Carlos came out to provide inspection on Wednesday 4/18. Service was prompt, communication of what was found during the inspection was clear and plan of action to resolve issues was immediately presented. We were provided information and not forced to make immediate decisions on action, which made us feel very comfortable and confident we were making the right choice with service provider. Upon deciding to move forward, follow up appointment was made immediately and all discussed issues were addressed with a clear follow up plan in place. Very impressed with Carlos and the service provided. Very happy with our choice to move forward with IKill Pest Control. read more
