Called iKILL two weeks ago when I gave up on battling ants in my house. After calling 5 different companies, they were the only ones who had same day availability. I didn't realize that I had actually used this company several years back as well. Chris came out and sprayed the property and put bait inside. He was super knowledgeable and efficient. Then a week after that, I called them again for a rodent issue at my mother's house. Again, they came out the day I called. Alex arrived and was so helpful checking around the property and roof. He determined it was a raccoon getting in the attic. He advised closing up the space on the roof that was open, instead of just setting traps. He was honest, thorough and at the end did not charge a fee for the service call. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in future with no hesitation. read more

I cannot express how thrilled we are with the pest control services provided by tech Jaime from Ikill Pest Control. From the moment I contacted them, I knew I was in good hands, and they certainly exceeded our expectations in every way. Rosie, the person I normally speak over the phone with, is friendly, attentive, and patiently answers all of my questions. Rosie makes scheduling an appointment a breeze, and I appreciated how accommodating she is with fitting us into their busy schedule. Tech Jaime, who does the service is not only punctual but also incredibly knowledgeable. He always takes the time to thoroughly inspect our properties, identifying areas of concern and explaining their findings to us in detail. Jaime's expertise and knowing we are dealing with someone professional who truly understand the pests and the best methods for eliminating them put my mind at ease. The treatment IKill Pest Control provides is effective beyond expectations. within a few weeks, the properties were completely pest-free. Additionally, their pricing is fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. I feel like we get great value for the quality of service we received. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL THE WORK YOU DO JAIME! read more

Debbie and Art did a great job of identifying our infestation of little brown beetles. They suggested a common sense first approach for us to try before they would recommend spraying. We found the source and removed the pests! Debbie even called a week later to check on our progress. I am very pleased with iKill and their service. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and will recommend them to my friends. read more

Ikill has done a great job for us for over 9 years now. We noticed termite droppings in our home and quickly called a couple pest control companies. Ikill was able to come out the following week and our inspector, Jesse, was very thorough in inspecting our home. He was very experienced and could easily identify different signs of termites throughout our home. Furthermore, he was very honest and didn't try to upsell us on any sort of treatment we didn't need. We scheduled a fumigation the following week and Jesse kept me updated through text the entire process. Rosie helped coordinate our fumigation and she made the process very easy for us. The crew performing our fumigation were very friendly and understanding as well. I'll definitely be working with Ikill in the future with any pest issues in the future. read more

My first time contacting and dealing with a pest control company. Ikill made it really easy and enjoyable process. I contacted them in a short notice and was able to schedule something very fast. Communication was great. Jesse came out to do our Inspection, he was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Employee's like him are the reason for return customers. He didn't try to oversell us, was honest and gave great advice to nervous first time home buyers. I appreciate you all for the great service and will be reaching out in the near future. read more

4 years later and still no critters inside! We see Danny every 3 months and he's great. He sprays the outside perimeter of the house and each time he comes, he always asks if we have any questions or concerns. We had an ant issue outside but not anymore! Thank you Danny! read more

This company is great to deal with. I have a house with a Spanish roof and have had problems with rats getting in to my attic. Daniel did a fantastic job of removing a rat from one of my ducts and he was very calm and professional from start to finish. It's stressful having a rodent(s) in your house and it's great to have a company you can trust to do a great job. I highly recommend them, and again, Daniel was great! read more

My aunt's house in LA county just did fumigation and termite damaged wood repair in May 2024. Jesse worked on the project did a great job. Highly recommend. read more

RECOMMEND!!!! The best customer service, efficiency in response, AND a super competitive quote from them compared to nearby businesses. Had a sudden bout of termites in one corner of the house and they could've easily recommended a treatment that would have been more costly and time consuming but helped us out with a local treatment based on their expertise. Now, everything's looking resolved. Thanks Jesse, Daniel, and Ikill Pest Control! :) read more

My partner and I recently purchased a new home and needed termite inspection cause the seller didn't provide one. I sent a message for a quote at 9am, Carlos got back to me within an hour, and he was able to set up an appointment for me the same day. I met with Jesse at my new home at 12pm. Jesse is such a great guy, he is very knowledgeable and helpful, he explained everything and walked me through his inspection process, and gave me some advice with the treatment and repair. At the beginning I was afraid of looking for a place I've never worked with because I didn't want to get ripped off. But Jesse only suggested what's needed to be done and was really genuine. Never for a minute I felt I was pressured to purchase or agree to any services that I may or may not need. Anyways, minor signs of termite was found and I made an appointment with Jesse to come back to provide treatment and repair a few days later. I'm glad I reached out to Ikill Pest and would suggest this company to anyone who needs termite inspection! read more

After 3 months and 6 treatments with a different pest control service, we called in Ikill. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff! Ikill has been very prompt and communicative, and has not once tried to upsell me on something I didn't need. They've taken the time to explain problems and possible causes & fixes to me in a way that I can understand. Where other pest companies I got quotes from just wanted to take a quick look around and sell me expensive treatment packages, Ikill (shout out to Alex) took the time to actually inspect my property for pests and talk me through possible issues. I hope I don't have any more pest issues, but if I do, I will assuredly be contacting Ikill again. read more

Ok, ew. After years of my house being the central neighborhood cat hang out until my beloved kitty Clark died, the rats finally figured out my house was clear sailing for their shenanigans. They were under the house, waking me up chewing the walls, and galavanting through the attic with wild abandon. Cue in Alex. On time, calming demeanor (I needed calming - I had rats in my house!), very professional and thorough. He's been by already to 'retrieve' a couple of varmints, and will come by again and again until the final bell has tolled for them. Next stop is blocking and patching holes so hopefully they'll switch to another, more appropriate environment. Like hell. read more
