Glad I'm not a subterranean termite when Juan Antonio Navarro and the Bellbrook Team are around. They go above and beyond for everything and are happy to do it. However be certain to read the contract thoroughly. Bellbrook subcontracts the tenting portion. Damage to your home may occur and the tenting company is not responsible. Be there when the tent is placed and removed and keep a close eye. I have an older house. Installing the tent went pretty well. However it was removed early in the morning before I arrived and when I got there the yard was a bit messy and a couple of roof tiles were missing. I later found out they were knocked off and thrown out. A bit disappointing but the company is not responsible. I recommend Bellbrook and would use them again. However keep a close eye during the tenting and untenting process. read more

Knowledgeable Technician Juan not only arrived in a timely manner, but also got to work immediately on inspecting our home for rodents, which sadly we have. He quickly identified our trouble spots and began to cover them and set traps where needed. Despite our anxiety over our current situation, he put us at ease with his calm, friendly, and knowledgeable demeanor. We were so impressed with his quality service, that we canceled with our previous pest control provider and went with him. Again, he impressed us with his quality of work. He completely removed all spider webs around our home and outside furniture, before spraying. He even went over and beyond by removing an abandoned bird nest from a light fixture. I was having issues outdoors with possum, raccoons and mice. I called Bellbrook Pest and Termites and they send someone over really fast. I explain what my issue was and they told me that will take care of it. That's they did after having them come by a few times and working on all the rodents I am happy to say they today I don't have any mice or possums walking around my back yard nor I have raccoons coming out of the street water drain system. I contacted Bellbrook Pest and Termite control to inspect our rental house for termites discovered by our renters. Juan came out and discovered both subterranean and dry wood termites. His quote to treat both was very reasonable and thorough. Bellbrook completely treated the subterranean termites by trenching around the whole house and applying the chemicals. The house was also tented for the dry wood termites and both applications went flawlessly with a 3 year warrantee.
