Joshua was recommended to me by my real estate agent, who mentioned that of everyone they've worked with, Joshua is the easiest and most efficient to work with. The process to coordinate the treatment was painless, a time was scheduled for inspection, it was conducted, a report was sent to us, scheduled another time for treatment, done! Thanks Joshua and team for the fast turnaround on everything, it really makes a difference to work with vendors that minimize guesswork and have the process streamlined. read more

Working with K Termite and Josh was super easy over the course of several weeks we discussed in great detail the job, when the team came to do the wood repairs they were incredibly efficient and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The day of tenting went well with outstanding coordination with the gas company and clear instructions. I really respect and appreciate the professionalism and availability of the team. read more

My project started Friday but from there, it all went downhill. On Friday they were supposed to stay the fumigation, however, They didn't bring enough gas so they weren't able to. They states someone would come by within 2 hours of 2:30 and they never did. At 7 I was calling them to ask for status and I kept getting the run around about who was going and when etc. they even tried putting the blame on the gas company. Luckily, I myself was there and spoke to the representative for both the gas and the fumigation company and knew that was a lie. I was there when the gas company arrived and they completed their part before the fumigation company even started their work. Finally I was told that someone would arrive Saturday to start the process so it started a day late and then they released the gas Sunday. A 2-3 day process now became a 1 day process according to them and the outcome would still be the same. I had to keep contacting them as the information provided about the process was not what occurred. When I asked for a discount, the owner Josh stated they couldn't because the outcome was correct regardless of the process being a mess and me having to spend hours of my weekend trying to figure out if our fumigation was going to happen or not and if anyone would show up. They didn't seem to be worried. The rep who started our tent process also asked to use our microwave while there to heat up his lunch and ate at our kitchen island which we also thought was unprofessional of them to do or ask us to do. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because of the run around and lies I was told throughout the process. Before then, Joshua did answer my questions and was helpful so I expected that once the process started as well but it was not the case. At the end, the job was done, it was just delayed to start and the communication could have been better as well. read more

Just moved into a new house and found termites in the backyard. Decided to reach out to K Termite for an inspection and they did not disappoint! Josh and Nora were super friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Billy, our inspector and treatment technician, was extremely thorough and pointed out areas I needed to fix to prevent future problems. I had other inspectors out and they were not as thorough as Billy was. The carpentry team was also great with the repairs and everything was color matched as well! The team really went above and beyond. Given how much was done, the price was also very fair! read more

Billy was here for annual inspection. Helped us troubleshoot and found out the issues. Great service!

Billy Lay doing an amazing job. Good service and fast work. I will keep him for the future work!!!

I had a great experience with K Termite because Josh has really made the experience stress-free. He got back to me promptly to schedule an inspection and estimate after I inquired through Yelp. I had actually almost gone with another company but when I asked to schedule with that company they increased the cost. We recently bought a home where the seller hid termite damage so it was already a bit stressful and we were ready to just hire the first company we came across. I'm really glad I found K Termite though - Josh's team ultimately flagged more termite damage for repair than the other company, and still came in at the most affordable price. Furthermore, I have pretty high expectations when it comes to workmanship - Josh's team excels in this area. They paid excellent attention to detail and were even thoughtful enough to leave two half gallons of the paint they used which perfectly matched two separate colors from my home exterior. They'll be back soon to fumigate and I have to reiterate how glad I am that I found them. read more

BILLY Leigh came and got rid of termites for us! 100% recommend him and the company. They were on time and super nice about everything!

We inquired with K termite twice -- they came out to inspect the property we first opened escrow with, property had termites so we passed. Then we bought a different property that we had inspected previous to K termite (& came out positive) but then when they came and inspected they didn't find any!!! & that was that. This business is ran by people who aren't in it to give false positives to run a bill up. I'm realizing it's rare these days for a company to be genuinely honest when it comes down to charging a pretty penny. If you want an honest opinion call K termite!!! read more

Being in Real Estate for over 30 years, I always have to be in constant search of Vendors and Service Providers that we can trust for my clients and my self. Joshua Kim of K-Termite is one of them and is a true professional was specifically recommended by my office at HomeQuest Real Estate. He arrives on schedule and provides a detailed assessment of what is needed on a Pest Control Report as well as a fair price for the job. His team takes care of informing the occupants and coordinating with the Utility Companies as well. He just completed this fumigation Job of our duplex (2 separate houses) investment property in Torrance. Great job K-Termite !!! read more
