I didn't want to write this review but I have no other choice because this company lacks communication and integrity. I will say the customer service at the beginning was great. I was doing research and found that this Procraft Pest Control had decent reviews and wanted to try them out. I signed a year-long contract with ProCraft Pest Control and already regret it. My first service in October went fine and focused on the interior of my apartment with some exterior, which is what I initially requested. I later realized the price I was quoted required signing a year contract. I agreed to it for the reduced rate, even though that was not what I originally wanted. The issues started with my second visit. They came on the scheduled date (Tuesday 1/27) but only provided a time window, not an exact appointment. That day, someone rang my doorbell once and by the time I checked, no one was there, so I assumed it was a delivery. I later found out it was Patrick, the ProCraft employee. They went ahead and sprayed only the exterior WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, which Luke confirmed when he followed up with me on Friday 1/30. I specifically requested interior service with some exterior, not exterior only. Luke apologized for the miscommunication, but I do not appreciate the lack of communication or integrity from this company. They rescheduled the service for next week, but my card still has the charge for the service that has NOT been performed. Unless you are okay being charged for services you did not receive, I would not recommend ProCraft Pest Control. I was also told a refund was processed, which I still have not received. read more

We initially contacted ProCraft to address a rat issue outdoors, and we soon chose to add additional services based on the quality of their work. Our rat problem has been reduced from severe to minimal (acknowledging that complete elimination may not be possible due to our location near an alley). We had an infestation of spiders (black widows) on our patio and pro craft took care of it. They removed the webs and got all the hard to reach places. They even stomped on the spiders that they found while spraying. They've come out in between services to spot spray certain areas that are worse than others and are always quick and friendly. We have a yearly contract with treatments every 3 months, and they are prompt at calling to schedule the next service so I don't need to worry about it. Our regular technician, Patrick, is fantastic. First off, he is a super warm, friendly man with a big smile. He was very thorough, meticulous even, and cleaned the eves under my roof, the stuff on the patio, and behind the sheds. Then he completed sprayed the entire parameter of the front & back yards, plus the side yards. He put stuff on the lawns and answered all of my questions. Rats can do a ton of damage to your house and also they will poop and pee everywhere, which is not sanitary and it stinks. It takes a skilled team and consistent action to really solve the problem, you must get rid of the rats and also properly seal even the smallest of holes, or they will come back. Mike and his team did a wonderful job replacing support beams for my balcony that were badly damaged by termites. They also removed my unsightly wooden patio trellace that was falling apart. Their work was thorough and clean, and the the cost for the repairs was very reasonable. They made sure that the balcony and paint color matched the original so that I don't get in trouble with my association. We have been with ProCraft for years and have referred many of our family, friends and neighbors to their service. We signed up to service our house every 2 months, but they are also have different plans depending on how often you want it. They text to remind us of when we are due and schedule a time that works best for you. Each time they come, they are very friendly, courteous, clean and thorough with their job. We moved into our home 4 years ago and have never had any issues with ants or bugs inside the house. We also choose to only spray inside our house with child-safe materials about twice a year, and focus on the outside of the house to prevent pests from entering. We got a mean case of bees! And did you know they can STINK!?!? I just moved to Claremont! My new house has an addition out by the pool which I claimed for my painting studio, but to my disappointment there's a really gross smell in that area. I just couldn't figure out what it was...my hubby finally found a beehive going inside that structure around back. I argued that bees don't stink, but he -correctly- argued back that what else could it 'bee' (lol) When we called, a perfectly charming girl answers the phone, gets our info, and has someone who can come out TODAY! Awesome, we run errands and were able to eat lunch too because they call 30 minutes before they come out...excellent! Thank gad for Michael!
