He used a special treatment that the ants take back to their nest to kill the whole colony. Within 48 hrs they were completely gone. Victory! He also followed up the next day to check up on us. Mario came and did a quick inspection and confirmed out worst fear: rats! You can tell that Mario and his team are used to people freaking out about rodents and they're just really nice and good at calming people's nerves and taking care of business. Mario is one of those rare business owners who really cares about his customers. He gave us his cell phone number, and he always texts us to let us know when one of his workers is on their way to continue with the extermination process. One of his workers even came after hours during the week one day when he was running late, which we really appreciated. Juan and Luis, who are exterminators who work for this company, are extremely nice and friendly, patient with all of our questions, really knowledgeable, and our house is now rodent-free! I cannot recommend Hunting Pest Services enough. This is my family's very first time needing an exterminator, and I feel really lucky and grateful that we found this company.

We've got over an acre of land and I was impressed at how thorough he was with his craft. While he was here, I began picking his brain about rodent proofing the house and garage. He went over everything their team does and they offered me a reasonable price. Fast forward to today, Jay and Diego arrived first thing in the morning to shore up my home. Today it's only about 105 degrees and these young men got STRAIGHT to work. They started on the roof and made their way all the way down inside the crawl space beneath my home. They sealed every single little thing UP! If there are critters, they are about to be evicted! The guys also set traps and will check those on a weekly basis. They also secured my garage and even did a few things they thought would be helpful for the neighboring shed that is adjacent to my garage. They were very respectful of my home and didn't try to "sell" anything additional. Communication, document signing and payment is seamless. Jay and Diego kept me informed about what was being done and timelines. I am a young widow with small kids. Not sure about you but it's definitely hard to find a combination like this in the service industry these days. I normally take care of bug sprays around the house myself but last year, we had a really crazy ant infestation that I couldn't figure out why or find the source until I desperately reached out to DM. They came out the same day and identified the source was coming from my neighbor's tree(s) (one out front and one in the back corner adjacent to our yard). Being that my neighbor are older, we just decided to take care of it for them for our own sanity. The same neighbor just told me the other day, "no wonder, I didn't have any ant problems this whole year" after I had told them we had hired DM to keep the ant problems at bay since last year. They were too embarrassed to say anything about it years prior. Anyway, DM's rate/service is of great value. It's a bi-monthly rate, but they also will come out in between if there are any flare-ups with bug issues. Big shoutout to David, Michael and Kyle for always having a great attitude when I reach out!
