Outstanding service at a fair price! I chose Versa after reading all the wonderful reviews. I was…read moresimply looking for pest control because we've got the canyon behind our home so lots of insects. I had Jay come out and he did an outstanding job during a heatwave no less. We've got over an acre of land and I was impressed at how thorough he was with his craft. While he was here, I began picking his brain about rodent proofing the house and garage. He went over everything their team does and they offered me a reasonable price. Fast forward to today, Jay and Diego arrived first thing in the morning to shore up my home. Today it's only about 105 degrees and these young men got STRAIGHT to work. They started on the roof and made their way all the way down inside the crawl space beneath my home. They sealed every single little thing UP! If there are critters, they are about to be evicted! The guys also set traps and will check those on a weekly basis. They also secured my garage and even did a few things they thought would be helpful for the neighboring shed that is adjacent to my garage. They were very respectful of my home and didn't try to "sell" anything additional. Communication, document signing and payment is seamless. Jay and Diego kept me informed about what was being done and timelines. I am a young widow with small kids. I am very careful about who I allow in my home and I can assure you that this team is trustworthy. The guys truly went above and beyond as I wasn't exactly ready for them to work. They had to remove dirt and loaded it in the wheelbarrow and relocated it. They even did a couple things inside my home that I simply was unable to do. Really pleased with the duo sent to me and so far the work is very professional and surgically executed.

Don't rush to do things and explain things if I have questions. They make sure to take care of any spider webs in the crevices, even the kids playground. I appreciate them for being so thorough. Customer service with Will is never an issue. It's easy to schedule. If I need another service they can accommodate. We have had many sales people at our door. So far over 5 years with Procraft and I would not switch. Just added monthly service for the summer months. Duane Bushner was actually our original contractor when this entire process started, and having him back out today for our recent inspection was great. As always, he did an incredibly thorough walkthrough and took the time to share knowledgeable insights on termites (and roaches) and exactly what to keep an eye out for. What really sets Gallant apart is their 4-year warranty. Knowing they actually stand behind their work for the long haul gives us total peace of mind--it proves their work is truly bug-proof. Highly recommend Duane and the Gallant team if you want honest, quality service.

Despite repeated treatments, I am still finding roaches in different areas of the house. The number may be lower, but the issue is not resolved, which is disappointing. If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.

I wish I could rate Zero stars…read more This place is a scam. NEVER do an auto pay on your credit card. For $120 every 2 months, I was guaranteed to rid my property of all types of insects. When I tell you the spiders, flies, ants, and mosquitoes were in FULL force every month I had this service, its the honest truth. I tried to cancel service- they say you can "cancel anytime" but it is a LIE! They send a tech out right away to hard sell and to treat "one last time". Right. All this does is prolong service to squeeze another month out of you. Also they wouldn't spray my garage, even the outside, and wouldn't spray my perimeter. WTH?? About 2 months after I *thought* I cancelled, in person, online, phone and a letter- I get another $120 charge on my credit card! I asked the tech they sent about mosquitoes and he tells me "if you don't ask for the treatment specifically for mosquitoes in February, it won't work in June" What hogwash is this!? I have been without any service at all now for almost 4 months and guess what: LESS spiders, flies, and ants and more lizards. The lizards must be doing the exterminating and they do a much better job than Orkin. Do yourself a favor and spend $20 on Home Defense DIY at Home Depot instead of this place. They are awful and I am going to spread the news about their scammy business practices.

You can tell that Mario and his team are used to people freaking out about rodents and they're just really nice and good at calming people's nerves and taking care of business. Mario is one of those rare business owners who really cares about his customers.
