Customer service with Will is never an issue. It's easy to schedule. If I need another service they can accommodate. We have had many sales people at our door. So far over 5 years with Procraft and I would not switch. Just added monthly service for the summer months. He used a special treatment that the ants take back to their nest to kill the whole colony. Within 48 hrs they were completely gone. Victory! He also followed up the next day to check up on us. Great service. James is professional, knowledgeable, and quite the gentleman. Thank you for swiftly solving yet another of our home's pest problems!

I like how he didn't try to upsell and gave me a very competitive price and encouraged me to call other companies for estimates . I decided on Crest because they gave me an awesome all inclusive price for the sanitation , removal, traps and infestation treatment both inside and outside the home. Juan is highly knowledgeable with his experience in this industry and was mindful to wear booties in the home and was kind enough to install my ac filter where I heard the mice . Mario came and did a quick inspection and confirmed out worst fear: rats! He explained in detail each step of the extermination process, and the price he charged was about MUCH less than what another pest service quoted us. Very affordable, thank goodness. You can tell that Mario and his team are used to people freaking out about rodents and they're just really nice and good at calming people's nerves and taking care of business. Mario is one of those rare business owners who really cares about his customers. He gave us his cell phone number, and he always texts us to let us know when one of his workers is on their way to continue with the extermination process. One of his workers even came after hours during the week one day when he was running late, which we really appreciated. Juan and Luis, who are exterminators who work for this company, are extremely nice and friendly, patient with all of our questions, really knowledgeable, and our house is now rodent-free! I cannot recommend Hunting Pest Services enough. This is my family's very first time needing an exterminator, and I feel really lucky and grateful that we found this company.

We've got over an acre of land and I was impressed at how thorough he was with his craft. While he was here, I began picking his brain about rodent proofing the house and garage. He went over everything their team does and they offered me a reasonable price. Fast forward to today, Jay and Diego arrived first thing in the morning to shore up my home. Today it's only about 105 degrees and these young men got STRAIGHT to work. They started on the roof and made their way all the way down inside the crawl space beneath my home. They sealed every single little thing UP! If there are critters, they are about to be evicted! The guys also set traps and will check those on a weekly basis. They also secured my garage and even did a few things they thought would be helpful for the neighboring shed that is adjacent to my garage. They were very respectful of my home and didn't try to "sell" anything additional. Communication, document signing and payment is seamless. Jay and Diego kept me informed about what was being done and timelines. I am a young widow with small kids.
