I just wanted to give another great review because I actually watched the guy service my house last week and he was so thorough. The service technician was Ryan and he sprayed and took out all the cobb webs. I couldn't believe how thorough he was. I get this done every quarter and it works. I was at a friends house and noticed they had tons of earwigs and bugs at their home. I don't have any of those critters running around in my yard. Jessica is very good about always scheduling my treatments at our home. She's easy to contact via text or email. I love having a bug free back yard. We also used them for my dad's termite problem and they were able to take care of everything even repair all the wood that was damaged. Work was clean and smooth. I would have him do the review but he's in his 70's and doesn't even know what yelp is...lol. read more

DO NOT HIRE THEM! It's been an absolute nightmare working with this company. Our realtor recommended this company to us and we wish we went with someone else. They replaced our roof, which started to leak only 1.5 years later!! The leak was coming from an O'Hagin vent that they improperly installed. I called them to fix it as it was still under warranty, and their "repair" was to remove the whole vent completely and cover it up with plywood! RIDICULOUS; a vent is there for a purpose, to allow the home to breathe, and they decided to cheap out and put a bandaid on! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to the ONE star Reviews. Normally, I support small businesses and want them to succeed, but when the company does not do good business, I will warn consumers. This company cost us over $1000 in loss because of an untruthful termite inspection. After we questioned the results of the inspection (they claimed we had termites) they got really nasty with us and with our realtor. We took photos showing there was NO evidence of termites and that the inspector might have been mistake. They did not offer a second inspection to verify or back up the initial findings. Instead they got super super nasty and even severed ties with our realtor. If you cannot guarantee or back your service and get defensive and nasty...THATS a HUGE red flag! It did not surprise me to read the other one star comments. I've already told my friends and family NOT to use this company. BE WARNED! read more

After getting several quotes, I found that Cruz Control had a fair price and were very easy to work with. I bought an old house of 100 years old with dryrot and subterranean termites. Cruz Control had the house tented and fumed. Then Cruz Control did isolated treatments of certain trouble spots. I appreciated that: - John Cruz is a friendly and knowledgeable termite specialist who was very generous and enthusiastic about teaching me termite behavior 101. - Rinnah is accommodating, cool, and pro-active to customer feedback and requests. - Noe is methodical and thorough in applying treatment. - Julian is persistent even though I can be a detail-oriented customer. They didn't get every spot of dry rot, which is probably very hard to do. It's like trying to save a loaf of bread by picking every spot of mold. But I am an attentive homeowner and during the year following their treatment, they were willing to come back for re-occurrences or missed spots in the ares that they originally treated. I will proudly state my name for Cruz Control Termite Inc. Because I am a happy customer. My name is Theresa Lam. I was unprepared for the huge rain storms we just had in California in late 2018. It had done and extensive damage to my balcony. There, it leaked to my garage and pulled off a huge gap on the ceiling and exposed the damp and slightly molded beams across. And, the fire-door when dried, peeled off like a banana exposing multiple materials within. The first contractor, looked at the site and told me he would charge me $10,000 just to do the first phase of the work which includes replacing the balcony floor, patch up the ceiling and painting. I questioned the First Contractor about his quote. He agreed that it is high, but he said his quote includes the possible unseen damage below the balcony floor. And, he said he could only do it in phases. Traumatized by the whole experience, a concerned friend introduced me to Cruz Control Termite, Inc. Which has a construction department as well. They quoted me $5,500.00 which includes replacement of the balcony floor, scraping-off the molds that exposed on the beams, water testing, patched up the ceiling in the garage, and sealed the 2nd balcony in 3 DAYS. The fire-door was delayed because of the ADA new policy which made my door-size obsolete. They have to special order the older-size door. The cost to me is an extra $400. Wouldnt recomend this company.The company was schedule to fix siding. They replaced most of dry wood and painted the new siding with not mached color. They stained floor window and destroyed plans in the garden. They didn't bother to nail some nailes in and some wood they replaced is warped. They stated they cut the wood to exact size of previous one but the new one left huge gap between . in some parts it looks like they measure it wrong cut wood and then stack the missing part in so you will not see it read more

I would never ever use Cruz Control Termite Inc. again or recommend anyone to use them. The only reason I used this company was because they completed an inspection 2 years ago on the same property. I figured they were familiar with the property so therefore the inspection would go smoothly. I was completely mistaken. The inspector who completed the inspection stated the first inspector missed dry rot on the front porch which was clearly evident. He continued to state the condition of the wood was due to years of damage, not possible for the damage to have occurred in only 2 years. He said he will note it in report and the fee will be minimal for the work. I received the report with a fee of $485. Via e-mail, I informed Rihanna, Manager, it is unfair for my client to pay for this fee when it was clearly in oversight from the first inspector. She responded 3 days later after many calls/texts that she understands my concerns however the work/treatment is no longer under warranty and exposed wood is subjected to various heat and moisture. Once again I brought up the point the 1st inspector did not complete a thorough inspection. I tried to negotiate the repair cost by stating my seller will split the cost. She responded "At this point, it's best that you contact and work with another termite company that will satisfy your escrow. We have decided not to work on this property since you don't want to accept our findings and recommendations". I found her response to be irresponsible, unacceptable and unprofessional.
