This place is GREAT. I found what I thought were rat droppings today and sent requests for an inspection using Yelps project feature. Bug Baron reached out and was able to accommodate a same day viewing within the hour!!!! We were messaging at 2 PM and I mentioned I only had availability till 3 PM for the inspection that same day and they made it work!! They arrived at 2:30 and by 2:38 pm they were finished inspecting. I should say a very much needed first service since the previous owner did not have pest control. The service included interior, and exterior spray - along with attic fogging. I also requested bait for rodents which was setup (simply because we don't want that to ever be an issue) as we're nearby mountains. We also had existing gopher holes, that were quickly handled by Bug Baron (good bye gopher) -- this of course is for an added charge that we requested. read more

Simon (the owner and main exterminator) is great - would recommend the Bug Baron to anybody. We discovered we had some kind of vermin scuttering about the attic. At first we were in denial - finally, we started calling exterminators. We got a number of estimates: Simon's was about the same as one other outfit, and lower than others, but he himself was friendlier and clearer about the situation than the other folks who visited. In the end, Simon adopted a strategy of sealing all possible entries from the outside, and trapping on the inside. I was set up with a next day appointment and even better-it was free of charge to just come out and take a look! Simon arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He took the time to inform us on what we would hear if there was any rats in the attic and even discussed our possum issue in the backyard, even though it's not something his company handles. Posting 3 stars because owner was kind enough to offer a refund for the miscommunication. Decided on the bug baron to service our home from spiders and ants. After performing services of internal and external spray, the spider problem was better but ant problem was still happening. Was told to not use any raid bug spray, an important warning that was not relayed in the beginning. If we were able to know right after servicing, it would have been simple to follow that direction.
