This was the sloppiest applicator job I have ever experienced. He has his wand sprayer set on a wide cone so that the chemical spray gets all over the place. Sprayed on windows, all over floor and cabinets. Had to do major clean up after him. I watched him apply and he also didn't help any with his reckless waving motions. In the past my pest exterminators have had their cones set on a very targeted setting and were more precise in their application so as not to leave spray residue on floors, windows and cabinetry. read more

Originally I called Truly Nolen. While they seemed professional, I like to comparison shop. What I found was that they tried to bind me into an expensive and unnecessary contract - ranging in the 1k. For years I was having problems with ants and spiders and used to have yearly service with well known pest company. After several years with the company and paying $$$, I still have issues with pest. Although they would come every time I called but they got annoyed saying it's 4x year service only. But at the beginning they told me to call anytime if I have a problem. I decided to cancel my yearly service. Last summer ants came back due to our hot summer and I decided to call Global Pest. Greg came and took care of my problem without calling him back until this summer for spiders in my yard. They use natural non chemical products that safe for our cats. I called on a Saturday evening for an urgent response to a rodent appearing. The emergency quote was $250. Within two hours a representative arrived. He placed four traps upstairs. I inquired about downstairs and was told there was no need. He told me there would be someone following up the next day. In less than an hour I had the rodent trapped in one room and called to alert the representative. The answering service gave me a number with voicemail. The following day, no one contacted me by midday. I reached the office a d there was no appointment scheduled. In about two hours the representative returned with apologies, checked the traps and repeated none were needed downstairs. He referenced his 30 years experience and left. That evening the rodent came downstairs and roamed my furniture as I watched in horror, knowing there were no traps downstairs. Repeated calls to Global went unanswered. My son came and removed the rodent from my living room in half an hour. Global called the next day offering to check the upstairs traps. $250 wasted read more

Global Pest Solutions are great. I had hordes of ants and an invasion of spiders and a battalion of cockroaches attacking my outdoor gardens around my house. I called and got an appointment in 2 days. Requested and got the most natural spray, it worked but wore off. Called again and they came out and resprayed with a stronger solution at no extra cost. I was amazed the hordes of ants are gone, the spiders lost the invasion and the battalion of cockroaches disappeared. I can walk and work in my gardens without being swarmed. They did a terrific job and my little homeless cat retreat was not effected but was de spidered, they are so happy about that. We live on Half an acre and were having problems with ants inside and out for a lot of years and couldn't get them out of our house so we gave up the fight and called GPS. Craig came out within the scheduled time frame and he was super friendly and informative. He was able to answer all of my questions. And relieved all of my worries. I've been seeing plenty of cockroaches (the large ones) I believe those ones are from the sewers. So I decided I needed to call pest control. Also, I frequently kept seeing spiders so thats another super scary factor for women like me LOL. Really no dull moment with the exterminator. And as far as seeing any of the cockroaches luckily (none to my knowledge). Hopefully they are all swept out for good! *crossing fingers. Those annoyingly dirty things should not be near any residences. Also, he mentioned that the stuff they use is restaurant grade so its completely harmless to humans. (Another concern I had). BTW they give you a 30 day warranty. Usually they recommend that you call AFTER a week and half of treatment. Otherwise feel free to give em a call.
