Edgar was out sick for three weeks; which is TOTALLY understandable; however during the three weeks that I've been trying to contact him, I didn't receive a response from him until the 3rd week in which he then informed me of his situation. Again, I totally sympathized with him. He said he would come over the next day (which is did), but did half of a job, took my payment, & left NO explanation as to why the lawn (including a hill) was left half done. A week later today (05/31/17); he texts me & said that he didn't have time to get the rest of the lawn & wanted to charge me $40 more for service!!! UNACCEPTABLE!
