He showed up early (which almost never happens with service people), explained everything clearly, gave us a fair price compared to the others who quoted, and just had this calm, patient vibe that put us at ease. No high-pressure sales stuff and he actually took the time to walk us through what he was seeing and gave us some solid tips on keeping mice out for good. We went ahead and hired him on the spot. He set up traps, sealed entry points, and we cleaned up what was there. Thought we were done... until a few days later when a couple more droppings popped up.
