Had a little problem with rodents under my house, they were getting in through a small chewed out section of the door. Called hatch and they took care of trapping and repairing the door as well as filling any other small openings that could let them back in. Such a relief not to hear that scrambling around under there at night! It was late at tonight and while trying to sleep, we heard scratching in our attic. I searched Yelp and found Hatch Pest Solutions based on nearly a 5 star rating and being local to our mountain community. The next day they immediately responded and setup a series of service visits to exterminate the pest(s), inspect and make repairs to close any openings. I found Hatch to be very professional, focused on service. Our exterminator, Nick, was very thorough and I appreciated that Hatch sent data sheets on all chemicals used as well as sending us information on Nick, including a photo so we would recognize him. Billing was simple and online based on photos and detailed reports of the work performed. This is the most professional exterminator on the mountain and I highly recommend them when you want to be assured that pests are eliminated from your property. read more

I've had a mouse problem the entire time I've lived at this house and I was at my wits end. So I finally found Hatch Pest Solutions several years ago and I highly recommend them. They have really done a fantastic job with eliminating most of the issues I've been having by sealing entry points around my house and monitoring on a quarterly basis for new activity. I'll still have mice from time to time because it's the mountains and it is what it is. But, the Hatch technicians promptly come out and find where they're getting in again and eliminate them. I definitely recommend Hatch for your pest needs. Having a home in Big Bear it's been difficult to get any type of home service done in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and by respectable people. Not to throw shade, but that's a fair statement to a lot of services up here. For the first year of home ownership on the mountain, I was using a bug guy recommended by a good friend for spiders, but they only serviced BBL twice a week, which meant I'd have to plan my trips around their schedule. After awhile this was not working for me, and I also found this other company to be a bit pricy. On top of this, they were raising prices without notice to existing customers. After deciding to fire that other, not to be named company, I searched Yelp and found Hatch Pest. I can see why they have a 5 Star rating. These guys are wonderful! Hatch is half the cost than my previous bug guy, they service BBL everyday of the week, I get real time info on my service, accurate billing statements, text and email reminders, very professional and respectful service, and I get someone that actually answers the phone when I call! We purchased our cabin in Big Bear almost two years ago. It had been pretty much abandoned for at least a year or two and came with a major rodent problem. They were everywhere. Stephen came out and caught a lot of them but, every time he did, more managed to get into the cabin. We Just bought a cabin in the mountains a few months ago and saw some little creatures scurrying around the place.
