Mark (APC) has always gone over and beyond his call of duty when servicing my properties. Personally I can see how appointments get missed and things get forgotten. With that being said, one just needs to remember that we are only human, mistakes get made & appointments get over looked, we are none of us perfect in any form or fashion. Alternative Pest Control as with any company has bills to pay and cost's that need to be met. By signing a legal binding contract we are expected to do our part and do the right thing. Maybe people should take the time to read and understand their responsibilities before signing any legal document. We as costumers expect a service to be done as is stated, but we are also expected to maintain our responsibilities as stated by the contract that we sign. As human's we must allow for the times that things happen and be understanding. What if there were a horrible accident and someone got hurt? Would you still have to same mind set? If after some 7 years of service, this is the only thing your upset about? I say good luck finding another company that offers the same service for the same low cost. Just as you (Mark) feel you should have come first, I say stop crying, put on your big boy pants and realize that even you are not perfect and I'm sure you have missed appointments before too.
