We had a nasty surprise with mouse droppings showing up in our garage cabinets, so we started looking for someone reliable to handle it. Efren from Wrangler Pest Control was one of the first to get back to us on Yelp, and we set up a time for him to come take a look. Right from the start, the guy impressed us. He showed up early (which almost never happens with service people), explained everything clearly, gave us a fair price compared to the others who quoted, and just had this calm, patient vibe that put us at ease. No high-pressure sales stuff and he actually took the time to walk us through what he was seeing and gave us some solid tips on keeping mice out for good. We went ahead and hired him on the spot. He set up traps, sealed entry points, and we cleaned up what was there. Thought we were done... until a few days later when a couple more droppings popped up. Frustrating, but Efren had already told us he stands behind his work with a warranty. Called him, and he was back out super quick with no hassle, no extra charge, just fixed the issue. Honestly, my wife and I feel like we picked the right person for the job. Efren's efficient, trustworthy, and actually cares about getting it right. If you're dealing with rodents or any pest stuff, I'd tell you to go with Wrangler Pest Control and ask for Efren. We'll definitely be calling him again if we ever need help, and we've already recommended him to a couple neighbors. 5 stars all the way. read more

Working with Wrangler pest was such a wonderful experience. We had a gopher that destroyed our yard so we reached out to them to see what could be done. They were out here within a day or so, confirmed it was a gopher, and set up traps to capture the gopher. Sure enough a few days later when they came back the gopher was in the trap! They didn't stop there, their quality of work was admirable because they came back a few times after to ensure nothing else got in the trap and the gophers were truly gone. THAT is what gave me peace of mind and I would trust them again to deal with any rodent issues going forward. read more

So far so good. We will update after the 10 day reapplications. We only still see ocassional ants.

Best company you'll ever hired. The reviews said it itself. Efren always answered lots of my questions. I normally don't write a review but he's the best! read more

Best and quickest experience I could've asked for. We had an issue with rats and mites from the rats and junior came out immediately and helped out both times. Great price as well. He gave me the service I was hoping for. I will definitely be reaching out in the future. read more

Efren is my go-to pest control guy. He's responsive and always easy to reach via Yelp or text, and I appreciate his punctuality in an industry where it feels like a lot of folks don't respect your time. He's friendly and professional, and with just one preventative treatment before summer my house stays bug free all year long. In the past, he's also helped me treat active ant infestations too, which subsequently cleared up almost immediately. The preventative indoor and outdoor perimeter treatments are really quick and his prices are more than fair, so I make sure to get it done every year. Highly recommend Wrangler Pest Control for anyone looking for a quick and efficient service! read more

Efren is awesome! We had a skunk living under our house that ended up getting into our duct vents. He was able to trap and thankful to release humanely. I also hired him to do a rodent clean up and close off entry points to prevent other inflitrators. Very appreciative of his customer service, communication, and kindness. read more

Efren was quick to respond. We had tried another exterminator and we weren't having luck catching root rats. He came in and sealed up the entrances and set up traps and we started seeing results He also took care of our gopher problem. Highly recommended! read more

Great service at a reasonable price. They were very responsive, very flexible, and very hard-working. The owner is friendly and they did a great job. We had them come out to trap some rats that had gotten into our garage. They caught them, sealed up any potential places they could get back in, and cleaned everything up afterwards. They even hold away a bunch of things that we didn't want anymore. Totally recommend! read more

Extremely responsive and efficient, great customer service and strong communication skills.

Summer always means bugs--I contacted Wrangler Pest Control after trying unsuccessfully to stave off recurring ant invasions. They quoted me a very reasonable price (compared to several other businesses I contacted), went lower with their Yelp discount promotion, and to top it all off, came by the next day and took care of everything promptly and efficiently. Both the exterior and interior of my house were treated, and preventative bait traps were included. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be in touch when I need pest control again. Some pluses I want to highlight: Great communication, both over text and in person. Prompt arrival (the technician arrived on time and actually quite early in the agreed time frame, which I really appreciated). Good warranty period of 45 days. Pet-friendly product, too, which was much appreciated. Thanks again! read more

I've been using Wrangler Pest Control for my cabin in Lake Arrowhead, and I couldn't be happier. They're reasonably priced, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. I've had everything from ants to rodents try to move in over the years, and Wrangler has handled it all quickly and professionally. They don't oversell, they don't overpromise -- they just show up, do excellent work, and make sure I understand what's going on. Also, shout out to their technicians -- everyone I've worked with has been friendly, respectful of the property, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It's a huge relief to know I can trust them to take care of things even when I'm not at the cabin full-time. Highly recommend. read more

Thank you so much for your quick and professional service! I'd definitely recommend this company!

Had a good experience overall. Efren came same day, within an 20 minutes of requesting service as he was already in the area. Was able to seal up all the cracks and openings near the pipes in my home (an airbnb). Did a whole home spray. Price was competitive, and he has a good rate if you use him at a cadence (like once a month/quarter). read more

The technician arrived on time and carefully examined the Hornet nest I had. He stated he would have to come back as the nest was within the roof of my home. When he came back at the scheduled time, he carefully worked to eradicate the Hornets. And... NO MORE HORNETS ! Great Job - Thanks ! read more

We recently had an issue with mice in a second vacant mountain home...mice had gotten in and partied on a full bag of wild bird seed. It was not pretty! Efren, the owner of this business, is prompt, personable and knowledgeable! We opted not to pay for cleanup after the extermination services, hole patching and dryer vent replacement, but Efren was kind enough to loan us his ShopVac. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend. read more

Responsive was able to come out same day. offers packages for ongoing service. Great communication.

Efren is the BEST!! Other companies we've hired were only willing to inspect, set and check traps. Even though their traps never caught anything, and the tenant could still hear chewing in the walls, nothing was ever done. Efren came out right away, set up video cameras to monitor rodent activity and solved the problem COMPLETELY within two days. We finally feel like we have someone competent who is knowledgeable, hard working, and willing to dive in and get the job done. Thank you, Efren! read more

They forgot to show up and never called. I waited all day. Ended up getting some Home Defense at Lowe's and saving myself a ton of money.

Great pest control service with effective treatment, fair pricing, and friendly staff

I highly recommend Wrangler Pest Control. There was a gopher in our front yard eating many plants. He came out, put the trap in the ground and 2 days later when he came back the varmint was in the trap. He also knocked down some wasp nests. This will be our go to pest control company for any future needs. read more

We could not be happier with our termite inspection and treatment. Response time was extremely fast and we were able to get service in less than 2 hours! Pricing is very affordable and reasonable. He was very kind, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of good tips! read more

I reached out to Efren asking for his input on termites. I don't live near my parents so I really needed someone who could be honest with them in regard to what they were dealing with. Efren set out a date and time and was able to meet with my folks to analyze the situation and offer specific instructions on best course of action. My father was very grateful for his input. Efren was attentive in updating us with his location and constantly made himself available on the phone. If you're looking for an annual spray/bug service, these are the folks you want taking care of any bug issues. read more
