I recently found out the hard way that I had a family of rats who chewed through my water valve wires so I called two places. Dan answered right away and offered to come take a look at what the problem was as he was on his way to another job. He was so kind and I appreciate his desire to fix my problem immediately. Once he lifted the valve box there was a momma rat and her babies. There had been construction going on around my house so it isn't surprising that they are just trying to find another home. I am so incredibly grateful that Dan said he was going to take the momma and babies to a field so they can live there life and that he doesn't like eradicating issues unless it is humane We need more people like Dan in this world so besides having my issue fixed we also saved the lives of little rats. Thank you!!!! read more

Jeff and Dan have been keeping our house and yard free of pesky insects for seven years. Jeff (and sometimes Dan) shows up promptly every other month to spray around our yard. He always calls the night before to give us a heads-up. Their price is certainly less than we were paying for Terminix and we're supporting a local small business instead of a conglomerate. We've recently been able to start paying via Zelle, which is convenient. Jeff and Dan are both pleasant to chat with when they're at our house. We enjoy having them around. I highly recommend them. read more

We had Jeff Freeman come out and do an inspection after we had a horrible squatter hoarder situation with our rental. He did a termite inspection and found extensive termite damage that we were unaware of. He also did an inspection of our deck and roof. He alerted us to some broken tiles that we were unaware of that ended up Leaking into our ceiling. (Had we had it fixed the week that he alerted us we could have prevented it.) He gave us a detailed report along with suggestions, pictures and prices. He was excellent with communication and responded promptly to every text. He was professional, understanding, knowledgeable and honest. It's really refreshing using a small family business instead of a big corporation because their word and work ethic are their Livelihood. When I googled prices online for prices on tenting their prices were the best. I will definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend their services. read more

We have used Freeman Pest Control for 13 year, and they are the BEST! We live close to a rural area, so not only do we have bugs, but also rodents. Dan has done wonders in controlling them, and we very seldom have any problems. If we do have any concerns, he immediately addresses them. We have dogs, and he always has their safety in mind. read more

I ended up booking Freeman Termites and Pests on behalf of my parents, since there was evidence of termites in their house. My parents were worried about getting their house tented but Dan did a great job of walking them through the process. While it was still stressful to have it done during covid, he really went above and beyond to alleviate their concerns and give additional advice! If I ever had a need, I would definitely use his services again. read more

My experience with Dan was exceptional. He was polite, professional, punctual, and really showed his experience and expertise throughout the entire process. I swore I was seeing termites in my home and he kept reassuring me that they weren't termites. He checked inside and out and everytime I *thought* I saw a termite he immediately told me exactly what the bug was and how to get rid of them. After everything he assured me there were no termites, which is a huge relief. Even though he wasn't able to do any work on the house, he's definitely my go to guy for any problems in the future and I'm recommending him to everyone I know. I feel he was honest, transparent, super patient, and genuinely wanted to help me and my family. Dan's the man and I highly recommend him. read more

Used this service based on the great Yelp reviews and was glad to use someone local. Dan was great and explained everything clearly. He was also able to fit in an appointment for service we needed done right away. I'm glad we used his service and would defintely recommend him. read more

I can't praise Dan Freeman highly enough. We needed to have our house tented recently and called around for several quotes. Dan's quote was lower than others that I called. He was nice, punctual, and explained things very well. Dan brought as many protective bags as I needed and clearly showed me how to use them. I was especially thankful for the things that he did that went above and beyond: he fixed the roof tiles that were broken during fumigation, he checked on our property during the tenting, and he gave us an extended warranty. He was honest and always responded when I texted or called him. Nobody wants to have their home tented, but Dan made it tolerable and manageable. It's nice to know that there are still local service providers that believe in the old-fashioned qualities of honesty and reliability; I will be recommending Dan to everyone I know who needs termite treatment. read more

I use Freeman Termite and Pest Control yearly. I am always so pleased with how quickly and courteously they respond and they show up when they say they will be here! They spray around the inside and outside of my home, and for a few days afterwards, the dead bugs show up everywhere! The cost is reasonable too! read more

We had a good experience when we used Freeman pest control, Dan was very knowledgeable and courteous. He caught a bunch of rodents on several visits and he educated us on how to keep our home pest free, very punctual and we thought his prices were very reasonable. I would recommend his company and if we ever have problems again I would definitely call him. read more

I highly recommend this company. Very happy satisfied customer. Routine Insect Treatment, Termite inspection, and just recently ..rodent control and removal. YUCK *insert scream* First... CUSTOMER SERVICE , Dan was super professional and showed up within the time window he gave me(even though it was a Saturday). I appreciated that he was very patient with explaining everything without me needing to ask. Second .. The spray ...Their product was pet friendly and my two small dogs never had a reaction to the bug spray. He also offer to come back out if the bugs continue to harass me within the service period. Third .. The price...This place is very HONEST and does not try to rip you off. If I called other places or found a coupon for anything cheaper, I would still use Freeman for my pest control because I've never received such thorough service from any other company. You get what you pay for. Recently I heard loud scratching in the attic, which I jokingly told Dan I thought it was a large cougar that sounded like it was going to crash through the ceiling. He knew what it was right away. A rat(s). He explained the process and kept coming back until he was sure the rats were gone then he stayed for a good amount of time to ensure he looked in every crevice and covered holes with a wire screen. read more

I had been told by two other companies that I needed to spot treat or tent, for a lot of money. Recently widowed, I was receiving only half of what I used to get when my husband was alive. And, to tent, I had to find a place for my dog and two cats and me to stay. I called Freeman and he said I didn't have active termites, told me what to look for, and what to use to treat them myself. I told him he's worth his weight in gold! I wouldn't call the other two companies ever again; they just wanted an old widow's money! read more

My experience with Freeman Termites & Pest Control was nothing short of amazing. Dan Freeman provides excellent customer service on top of a solid work product. He is professional, honest, friendly, and immensely knowledgeable about his work. Moreover, his prices are not only fair, but were the lowest of the three companies I consulted. I woke up one morning to find termites swarming inside my home. Dan arrived in less than an hour to evaluate the situation. He performed a thorough inspection, confirmed the presence of a colony of drywood termites, and provided several treatment options. After careful consideration and consultation with Dan, I elected whole-house fumigation over spot treatment. Dan walked me through the process, patiently answered my questions, and addressed every detail in depth. Once the tenting and fumigation process was underway, an unexpected thunderstorm with strong winds swept through the area, causing a partial blowout of the tent. Although all indicators suggested the fumigation was successful despite the blowout, Dan agreed to re-secure the tent and re-fumigate at no cost in order to provide me with peace of mind that all termites were eradicated. Once the tent was removed, Dan noticed some damage to my roof. Even though he was not responsible for creating the damage, he volunteered to conduct repairs for me at no additional cost. You simply cannot beat that level of professionalism and customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Freeman Termites & Pest Control. read more

We have been using Freeman's services for years. It is a wonderful company, always efficient and thorough. We haven't had ants or spiders or other little buggy pests since they started. I would recommend them to anyone. They are also excellent if you ever need any follow-up for a visit. They come on a regular basis, keep us bug free, and we couldn't be happier. read more

Dan and his team at Freeman are the best! They have been spraying for bugs at my home for almost three years now and I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review. Dan is always nice and professional when he comes to spray every other month. He is very flexible and willing to work around our schedule. The best part of their service is they will come back any time in between sprays to deal with any issues. In the time we've used his services, he has taken out a new behive forming on our deck, dealt with a MEGA spider that was holding us hostage with it's 6 foot web and most recently gotten rid of the biggest black widow spider and about 15 of her eggs that were about to hatch and storm our house and take over. Each time we have had an issue, he has been to our door within 24 hours and taken care of it. I can't recommend Dan and his team highly enough. If you're looking for pest control, look no further! read more

Learned about Freeman Termites and Pest on Yelp. They came by the house to check on a rodent issue. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about this business! Dan Freeman came to our house almost every day for two weeks. Finally, the rats are gone. He accomplished what our three cats couldn't do. He's very pleasant and easy to work with, as well. read more

Freeman termite and pest control is a superior company. I called Dan about a termite inspection, he replied very quickly and came to do the inspection. His extremely thorough inspection revealed a few other issues that needed attention besides the wall that had termites. I asked him to return as soon as possible to fix the termite problem, so he came back the very next day. Not only did he return the next day to fix the agreed upon work, he showed up with the plumbing parts to wrap a drainage pipe under the house that he saw was leaking.. He said he had the part so he fixed it for free. The inspection was no charge also. I highly recommend the professional, precise, customer oriented company. Dan will go above and beyond. read more

I called and decided to hire Freeman Pest Control based on the reviews I read on here, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Dan was extremely polite, knowledgable, and professional. I hired him because we could hear rodents in our attic and had found droppings in our garage. At that time I had been trying to trap the rodents myself for over a month with no success. Dan showed up, did a walk through, and even pointed out areas where the rodents may have gained access to our home before giving us a quote for rodent trapping. I hired Dan and he was catching rats in our home before we knew it. After Dan had caught 3 rats in a short amount of time, we had thought the problem was resolved since we didn't hear or see any more evidence of rats in our home. A few weeks later we heard another rat in our attic, and that's when Dan really impressed us. He came back out to our home and caught the last rat for no additional charge. He even installed some screen mesh for us in some areas where the rats may have been gaining access. He really cares about his work and doesn't quit until the job is done. Dan was very friendly and professional on each and every visit. He was also very flexible and worked around our schedule, which was especially appreciated with a newborn in our home. His customer service was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire Freeman Pest Control again when we have a need for professional pest control service. read more

Shout out to this local company for great service. We were hearing scratching noises and sure we had a critter visiting us. Our regular pest control company was too busy to see us until next week. Dan Freeman took the time to see us immediately. Not only did he find and eradicate the problem quickly (a rat - eek!!!!) but he found another problem our regular pest control company had missed. Very honest, very fair pricing, very knowledgeable. read more

Very professional and prompt. I am very happy with my service. Highly recommend. Dan was very personable and easy to talk to

Overall, I have changed my review since last time because it has been a good deal of time since Freeman placed the poison around both my front and back guest house for 140$. The poison still is EFFECTIVE and is killing a ton of the bugs around my house. Now, if your getting second thoughts because of 140$ remember I have 1 MAIN HOUSE and 1 GUEST HOUSE plus there is NO CONTRACT! Now I do my treatment EVERY OTHER MONTH so it is a good price now that I know the poison is some GRADE A stuff. read more

This review is way overdue. We bought a house in Redlands while our son was at college there. We needed a Pest Control company so I took to the yellow pages (this is how far back we go). Found Freeman Pest control and called. Immediately was impressed with their willingness to come inspect our home in a timely manner and their cost for bi-monthly spraying. Over the years they have watched over our house, that became a rental. They would take the time to contact us if there were things that were broken or needed fixing etc... We don't live in close proximatey to our rental property. We have appreciated this so much! Additonally, they've always keep a close eye out for termites. Which is quite common in that area. They work well with scheduling with our tenants. I respect and appreciate this company so well, I even asked if they would drive the hour or so to our primary residence to spray our house. They are one of the most trustworthy, reliable and professionaly companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I cannot say enough great things about them. It's been well over 11`+ years and I will continue to use and refer them. read more

Wow! I am so happy with the results we got from these guys! We had rats in our attic and they were on top of it. It took them a week to clear out the problem and they were so professional! They showed up often and on time to see the progress of what they had done the previous day. I can't thank them enough for solving our problem so quickly! I'm hoping we never have this problem again, but if we do, they will be who we call :) read more

Dan Freeman did an A+ job for us. We had drywood termites and he and two other pest control inspectors recommended that we fumigate (tent) our house. In our area all of the pest control companies subcontract the fumigation out. Dan subbed it out to Beneficial and they took pride in their work and I was pleased. Both my wife and I are very happy that we selected Freeman's to do our work, Dan was great to work with. He answered all of our questions, took accurate measurements for the amount of gas that would be needed, checked on the work of the fumigated, and, to my pleasant surprise helped move plants the day prior to the fumigation. Moving the plants took up about two and one-half hours of his time. He also returned late in the day that the tent came off and helped for another hour moving the plants back! Most pest control companies do not help moving plants, they just tell you what you need to move. Dan is a credit to the pest control industry and his fellow man. read more
