A tenant called me on a Saturday, about our rental properties in Lake Arrowhead- he said he thought he saw flying ants or termites. I called around to a few different places a lot wouldn't go out same day or on a Saturday, but Prosser called back right away and got us scheduled. It is common for a third party technicians to forget to keep the landlord in the loop until the bill comes, but he kept me up to date the entire time. I came across Prosser Pest Control and saw the previous reviews. I had James come out and he was just awesome!! A straight shooter, down to earth guy with a ton of knowledge!! I signed up for his service and even told him after my contract was done, that I wanted to extend it. THAT is how satisfied I was with his work and with him!! I don't know why I haven't left a review but my wife and I really thought we should. James has been our go to guy since we moved in last year when we discovered we had a rat problem. James would come by twice a week until the problem was taken care of. Spiders & roaches are no issue for him. Now we get a visit from him once every quarter and it's been amazing. To be able to rely on someone is hard these days but not with James. He is always on time, always willing to answer our phone call, knowledgeable about any questions we might have, trustworthy.
