They have a great deal tgat covers the entire house front to back for 3 months. If at any time that gopher tunnels under the house and starts a fresh mound in the back they will come out and deal with it. I don't know about these guys. Originally when they solicited me, they said it would be a certain schedule. In the beginning they were on a roll. It seemed like it. They would call and basically say "we will be there tomorrow." Ok...but this is what I noticed. If you can't be there when they are there, say to get dogs out of the backyard, they just blow you off. And then maybe you'll hear from them again. Then maybe out of the blue like months later they call out of no where saying they will be at my house. So what I realized is, they basically go down a list of places after a while, when they need the cash flow, and just say they will be there (basically to get paid). The last time I talked to the dude, I couldn't be there the day he wanted and needed him to spray inside, we scheduled for the following week and they never showed up. And I haven't even heard from them in months. Pretty inconvenient considering I cleaned around the area and made sure everything was ready to them to spray inside. I think it's month 3 now since they were supposed to be here. Basically, if they can't syphon money out of you in their terms on the specific day, they don't bother with you. Gonna find someone less flakey. Probably just hire a corporate exterminator because these mom & pop places just can't cut it. read more

So happy with our new service with A Tac Exterminators!! I called them last week as we have been having a spider issue in our new build home. What made me call was we noticed a gopher mound in our brand new yard and that is when I knew we needed professional help. I put in a request with A TAC late one evening and the next morning I got a call with a game plan of how they were going to rid of our gopher issue that was just starting and treat our home for spiders. They gave me an amazing quote and came out the next afternoon to begin treatment. I have not seen any new mounds since treatment last week and best of all I have not seen any new spiders in the home! I had to fire my previous pest control at Frazier, so I called Atac. They were very friendly and accommodating and were happy to schedule an inspection at a time convenient for me. Perfect. Unfortunately I had to call and cancel my inspection. They understood. Fast forward a few weeks and I get a call from a local number. With a stern voice "Mr Anderson please ". Sounded like an aggressive debt collector. Hey proceeded to tell me that a technician would be there tomorrow morning. I thought it was odd but okay. I asked what time and he said once again "in the morning ". I asked for a specific time and he said between 8 and 12. Okay, you're not helicoptering in a team of professional from around California, you're a local pest control company. A four hour window is straight up insulting. read more

Was good at first. once I looked at my invoice and checked my back account I saw the 2 did not match. the invoice says 45$ what was taken out was 60$. the owner TOM had the nerve to question me with " so u want me to credit back 15$" like ya...not really my problem ur office is inconsistent. Called in to check about getting an "in-between" spray for the inside of my house... Found a couple of spiders. The gentleman who answered the phone was very quick to help me get something scheduled the next day! The time frame he gave me was 12-4. When I mentioned I needed to leave at 3 to pick up my son from school, he noted it on my order and said between 12-3 a tech, by the name of Chris, would be out. Sure enough, at 12:15 on the scheduled day, Chris came out. He introduced himself and gave me a minute to secure my dogs. He was very friendly and a great person to talk with. He was quick with his work and was done in about 10 mins. This is a FANTASTIC company and I recommend them ten folds! read more

Signed 2 months ago and we had a few ant problems called twice a yong man showed up the same one twice on time agreed . Was good the first visit. Did not come back when I called even though the "guarantee". I called to confirm they day before their next scheduled visit, they confirmed then called the day of and cancelled. (a day wasted for me). Took them two weeks to show up past their previously scheduled visit. They did a terrible job not to mention I waited all day for them to show up. They were 4 hours late. I finally called another company because they never showed for the 3rd visit. Although they actually showed up 2 weeks later. Then they called a month later to tell me I was past my due service date. Haha...I again told them "Uh, yeah, I know. You never showed up so I hired another company"! What a joke! read more
