Is hard to find a gopher exterminator, the owner was very friendly he scheduled me with no issues. The technician was very nice, he was in and out like a gopher lol. Maybe that was my only issue. We experienced a 20 ft mass if swarming bees in our yard for about 15 minutes, and I was afraid to go out or even let my dogs out anymore after seeing them so angry and then locate into what I thought was a hive. I called multiple companies including our usual pest control to come out, but no one could come out for 3-7 days; and the charges were ranging from $175-$300. Their interventions for killing the gophers worked but they had to come twice. The only thing that I do not like about this company is they do NOT respond on time. When I tried to reach them to inform them that the gophers are back, I tried to call multiple times. They do NOT answer their telephone in a regular basis, I even send a text message to the person who did our yard but no response as well. Finally after weeks of calling and sending e-mail, and the gophers messing up our yard really bad, I had informed them about their 30 day guarantee and that my lawyer will be reaching out to them soon. These guys are always busy ! I had them visit and get rid of my gopher problem! So far so good ! They offer a 30 days grantee after their first visit which was 150 dollars . They walk around the back yard poke holes to see where the deepest parts of the tunnels were and dropped gas pallets down there ! Super friendly and nice guys ! Hopefully my gopher'ssssss are gone ! Patrick the principle in this sm company purchased Mike's Gopher from Mike a short time ago. In my experiance with Patrick The quality has gone from 10 with Mike to a 1 with Patrick. I am disapoined in the workmanship and time invested to rid my gopher problem. Patrick only offers a 30 day protection plan and charged 700.00, however he is not on the property frequent enough to fix the problem for even the 30 days. When asked to return he advised me the would be an additional fee. Patrick this is not good business nor good customer service. I would not recommend using Patrick for a contract. As far as using him again, well every person deserves a second chance if he is willing to make the first wrong right. I wouldn't count on it. Rating as of now is poor and unreliable. read more

My wife and I are very happy we discovered Mike's Gopher Control a year ago. At that time we had a problem with gophers building mounds on our property even though we only have rocks for landscaping and no plants! With rocks it's a real pain to "fix" it when disturbed by a gopher. We had Patrick come out to our house and when he was done treating it we had no more gopher problem until the last few days, just shy of a year since he was originally here. Their pro-rated warranty is good for a year and Patrick honored it just a few days shy of a year so we received $50 off the full price. During the first 30 days after treatment it's a full warranty with no charge at all. Now I have a new warranty which will again last a year, at a pro-rated rate after the first 30 days. Patrick is a very nice person and is good at explaining everything. The fact that a year ago we had a big gopher problem and then no more gophers for just under a year after he treated our property speaks highly of his service, in addition to the superior warranty.
