Patrick from Mike's Gopher and Bee Control has rid our yard of BOTH!…read more We had lost the battle for our property and plants to the gophers and had given up trying, until we found Patrick. We didn't think it could be done, but he cleared them out! His prices are very reasonable, but the level of service is much higher than others! One quick phone call and Patrick or a member of his staff are there, usually within 24 hours. They take their time, and we've never felt they were rushing through our appt. And the BEES!!!! Thousands of them, in a hive the size of a Volkswagen! We called Patrick and within a day, they were safely and humanely relocated, and our kid was able to reclaim his tree house. We haven't found anyone better at gopher and bee control in the Inland Empire than Patrick.

Efforts by Hatch Pest Solutions to exclude mice and chipmunks from my cabin in the woods appear to…read morebe performative at best. After sending me a message on the phone that they found a number of dead mice and dead chipmunks last week, on the third billed visit, with no mention of exclusions, the VP of Operations, Lisa, now claims that they have sealed up the outside of the house. I haven't confirmed this because it takes two hours to drive up there. On the next visit, they plan to sanitize. My husband now tells me that Hatch employees who came out for the estimate said there's a monthly Hatch customer in the forest nearby. They said they sanitize using Pine Sol. They didn't bother to inspect the space underneath the cabin. I've now had the very unpleasant experience of researching what it actually takes to exclude mice and chipmunks from a pier and beam cabin. Rodent borne pathogens require industrial enzymatic neutralizers, not scented household cleaners. The urine of mice and chipmunks can be detected by other mice and chipmunks from hundreds of yards away, acting as a beacon for proven habitats such as my cabin. Chipmunks are great diggers and have to be excluded using industrial grade steel hardware trenched underground. If exclusions were done correctly, I won't be a monthly customer for Hatch, which is probably really their goal.

The pigeons had decided that our panels would make a great home. There was a ton of bird poop that had built up over the years and it was falling into our back yard in sheets. The price they quoted us was completely reasonable and the work they did is top notch. They were able to schedule the job within 2 weeks of giving us the quote. The job took about 3 days because there was a nest with little baby birds in it, so Ecoskan had to come back a couple of times. Once the birds vacated the property, the company was able to finish up. Their customer service is also top notch. Heather was our contact person and she was always very prompt in getting back to us when we had a question about scheduling or billing or whatever. She's very personable.

Duane Bushner was actually our original contractor when this entire process started, and having him back out today for our recent inspection was great. Despite repeated treatments, I am still finding roaches in different areas of the house. The number may be lower, but the issue is not resolved, which is disappointing. The technicians have been professional and courteous, but the results have not met my expectations. I had hoped follow-up visits would fully resolve the problem. If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.
