They offered me a mosquito treatment that is environmentally friendly. I like to sit out early…read moremornings and then evenings, but mosquitoes made it impossible. The treatment consists of two flower pot size containers with an opening for the mosquito to enter. The bait attracts them, kills the eggs they lay and coats the mosquito with the larvicide so she carries it to other breeding sites. It really works! I see only the occasional mosquito now, even at dawn or dusk!

No exterior. We would also need coordination as we run a short term rental. Instead, they just keep spraying the exterior and billing us automatically without coordination. We are at Desert Princess Community and the exterior pest spray is already covered by the HOA. They use Purcor as well so they know very well the HOA covers it already. Called them over and over again and they kick the can down the road saying a different department will talk to me. They are essentially stealing.

Disappointing after 10+ years as a customer…read more After more than 10 years of using Frazier Pest Control for both my home and business, I'm extremely disappointed with how my account was handled. The card on file for my business stopped processing, which I was completely unaware of. I continued paying for my home service and would have immediately updated the card and paid the balance had I known. Instead, three $55 services accumulated and my account was sent to collections. What is especially frustrating is that my voicemail greeting provides my email address. One simple email could have resolved the entire situation. Management has since acknowledged that their communication efforts could have been stronger. I will gladly pay what I owe--this was never about avoiding a bill. As a local business owner myself, I simply would not handle a loyal customer this way. Unfortunately, after 10+ years, I've canceled my services and will take my business elsewhere. My reply to below response : Thank you for responding, but I do want to clarify a few things. My business relocated next door over a year ago and the address remained exactly the same, so the relocation has nothing to do with this issue. We are talking about only three months of missed payments. You state that multiple voicemails were left, yet my voicemail clearly says I respond by text or email and provides my email address. If repeated attempts were made to contact me, I don't understand how that information was missed. After more than 10 years as a loyal customer, sending a $185 balance to collections was extremely disappointing. I will gladly pay what I owe. This was never about the $185--it's about how this was handled. I stand by my review.
