Don't call them for rat control. Their technician Dominque didn't seem to have any more expertise on the subject than we could get from Google. All he advised was to set traps, and he would follow up, which he didn't. We later contacted Arrest. I am so impressed with the service I received from my technician, Luis. Over 4 visits he has been on time, excellent at communication, has deep expertise, and over delivered. A year ago we hired a different pest company who completely overcharged. Luis came by and noted the last company didn't complete some of the work on the roof. We first hired Mr. Beeze in 2018 for an emergency extermination of bees that were building a hive in our outdoor light fixtures and we seemed to have lots of crickets inside the house. Barrett, the owner, arrived very quickly and suggested we have a monthly service to keep insects under control. The price he quoted was very reasonable and we have used them ever since. Our monthly maintenance is done by Emanuel and we couldn't be happier. Emanuel texts us the day before he is scheduled to arrive and he arrives on time every month.
