I had a very positive experience with Extermin8. They arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and immediately got to work, quickly setting up rat traps around the property. What impressed me most was how thorough they were during the inspection. They took pictures around the house to identify and show me the entry points the rats were using to access the property. They didn't just treat the problem--they took the time to explain what was causing it. They also provided practical recommendations for eliminating the pests and explained the repairs needed to help prevent them from entering the property in the future. A few days later, they returned as promised to remove the rodents that had been captured, and they will continue returning to inspect the traps and make sure the problem is resolved. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail have been excellent throughout the process. Considering the thorough inspection, follow-up visits, and overall quality of service, I also feel the expense was a great value for the service provided. I highly recommend Extermin8 to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, professional, and reasonably priced pest control company. read more

My hero!! Live mouse ran under my parents bed, and it's after 4pm. Called about 5 other pest control companies, they're not going to come today but want to waste my time selling me services. But my parents are elderly and handicapped, I was in tears and desperate for emergency help. A friend said call Extermin8, they had caught a family of rats for her in her garage attic in 4 hours. I called and a human being answered the phone!! He said he'd be there in an hour, quoted me a shockingly low price, and told me what to do in the meantime. He was there in less than an hour, professional, nice, and ready to take on our mouse. He battled for awhile until our situation was resolved. Then he lowered the quoted price!! Which was about the same as the pizza dinner I had delivered. I can't believe it. My parents are safe and sound. There is no mouse under their bed. This Extermin8 guy was like a hero from another universe. I can't believe so many more famous companies won't come help when you're in an emergency like that, but Extermin8 did!! Thank you! read more

Although I rarely write reviews, it is my pleasure to do so for Extermin8. Tracy was the ONLY service willing to come out right away on a Saturday morning after raccoons were on our roof all night. Since then he has been such a pleasure to deal with in working with us to solve this problem, and he even repaired some of our roof penetrations and rodent screens that had come off. We highly recommend Tracy and Extermin8. read more

Far away, the most cost-effective use of pest control. At $38 a month since Tracy started almost 9 months ago we have not seen one spider or Bug outside or in. I wholeheartedly recommend this team to do the work I know in Sun City. The outside is paid for by the Association, but they don't do nearly as good as a job and this is worth every penny. read more

I requested to have bees exterminated from an opening in a brick wall. Tracy arrived and greeted me professionally, a friendly smile, and a pleasant personality.
