Bob is ther most thorough pest controller we have had in the 25 years I have owned my property. We have tried several different companies. They all fell short and didn't find the trouble areas Bob did on his first visit! A true professional in a time of lesser trained corporate want to be's. read more

Bob is the best bug guy period. We have used bob for the best results and with no complaints. We went through quite a few and we won't change. Bob the bug guy is the best. Mike & Jackie Drummond read more

Bob was great, I needed professional help on a tight timeline. Bob worked with my schedule, provided a full review of my property, provided recommendations, examples and genuinely cared about solving my problem not focusing on an upsell. I would highly recommend to call Bob, experience truly is worth paying for and hard to find. read more

Bob came out for a "small" bee hive that turned out to be a major hive that was very well established. Regardless of the very agreesive nature of these bees, he took care of it and still honored his original estimate. Highly recommend!! read more

Bob has been treating our home monthly for the past year, keeping insects and spiders away, at a very reasonable price. He's knowledgeable and very service-oriented, addressing other pests as they pop up (because they do... gnats, mice, and even scorpions, terrifying!). He truly knows his stuff and makes the additional effort to rid you of the problem. Importantly, Bob uses products that won't harm our local wildlife (quail, roadrunners, hummingbirds, rabbits, etc.). Bob is punctual, always with a great smile, and I highly recommend him. read more

We've been a client of Bob's for several years, he's the best in the business. Besides being the best pest control company at the best price in the valley, Bob is an exceptional person. We'll be a client for ever read more

Bob is awesome, I called him for a quote to fan spray my home for ticks due to one of my dogs having ticks on him, and another company telling me I needed three treatments over the next two months. Bob took the time to ask the right questions to get a feel for how my backyard is, and what my dogs habits are, and determined that it was a one off issue most likely brought on by a recent hike in indio hills. He gave me instructions for cleaning furniture and bedding, and sent me on my way. Thanks Bob for being honest and helpful, if I ever need pest control you're our guy! read more

Bob is very punctual and on time and is very through during his inspection. Speaks with great knowledge of all insects and bugs. I would highly recommend him and is very fair in his fees. read more

I'm so blessed to have found Bob. For decades I had used a monthly service with a well know company to kill bugs and they were absolutely worthless. I called Bob out of desperation and frustration and he immediately came to my rescue. I have been using Bob for several years now. It was a great decision which I have never regretted. If you enjoy no bugs you will love Bob. read more

Bobs a fun guy. Works to make you happy and takes care of bug, spiders, ants, and water bugs. None come back for a very long time.

Bob is an extraordinary guy. He is very thorough with his services and cares deeply for his customers. He taught me that in this business, it's more than just killing bugs. It's about building great relationships with every customer that lets you into their home. I highly recommend anyone in the Coachella valley to contact him for any pest control needs! My family loves him. We are glad he's back in business. We need more businesses like his! One man does it all! read more

I had an urgent need for an ant invasion. I contacted two exterminators on a Saturday but only one came through, and that was BOB. He came out same day and took care of it! I trust this guy and I would definitely use him as my go to guy. Thank you!! read more

Bob is a top notch bug, bee, lizard, and rodent expert and if you have any problems in the Palm Springs area he is your guy! I called him to get help with a question and he took time to explain the situation to me l Without even charging me. I'm grateful there are people in this world that still honestly pursue their own paths because he gave me several tips for dealing with the issue and didn't charge me a dime. There are a lot of companies happy to take your money and lie to you but he is not one of them. I have a lot of respect for him. This is Mother's Day week and it is especially tough for me every year because I lost a child. He doesn't know this but he wished me a happy Mother's Day and it made my day. Makes me think my daughter is thinking of me this week. Bob is amazing-his skills you can't buy with money. read more

I called and left a voicemail to ask for a termite inspection. I never received a call back. I called Truly Nolan instead and received a prompt reply. Update: 7/31/2017 Bob sent me a message on Yelp that he doesn't treat termites, that he referred my call to another company, and that company didn't follow through. So I bumped the stars up to 3 to give him the benefit of the doubt. read more

This review has taken too long for me to write, but it shows the proof of Bob's knowledge. Last year I had problems with roaches. I called Bib and described the problem. He was honest,, the issue was not worth my money or his time to come out and treat. Instead he pointed me to a product and gave me detailed directions on how to treat the issue. The recommendations were completely effective only after a couple of weeks. More than a year later, I still have not seen another roach. Thanks Bob! read more

My family has known bob and his family for years but we had never called him to spray our home. So when I finally decided to give him a call, I left a voice message and he returned my call that same day! I told him that my concern aside from the roaches, was that I have 2 small girls and a cat so I wanted something that wasn't going to require me to do any cleaning right after or have me watching over them all day long. He told us it would be no problem and then asked me a few questions. He said that the he would definitely be able to spray the house and the roaches would be gone the rest of the summer, no need for him to come back! It's been 3 days since and no roaches have appeared inside our house. They are all gone! Thanks bob! read more

Bob is friendly, efficient and effective. A family vacation home sat empty for a long time and I knew it would take more than one treatment to get up to speed. I was expecting more $$$. A week or so after the initial treatment, I called Bob to ask for tips on removing tiny ants from the kitchen. Instead of tips, he came to treat. I was expecting a bill. Nope. I've retained him for maintenance. A previous poster referenced Bob's misguided ucla fanaticism. As a 2 X Trojan, I like having bRUIN fans working for me. Regardless of collegiate alliances, you can't go wrong with Bob. (I'll be editing this post if I find the house painted baby blue. You've been warned, Bob.) read more

We have had Bob the Bug Guy for about a year now and are so thankful to have him. We had another exterminator before and were not happy with them due to and employee change, so when our neighbors decided to use Bob we made the change as well. He has taken care of our house and yard with expert care ever since...... Thanks Bob...... read more

As we get into 2015, I figure it is time to write an update on Bob The Bug Guy. We still use him, and he is still as dependable as always. We had an issue with rats in our yard due to a neighbors untrimmed citrus trees, and Bob did a great job ridding our place of the vermin. He is one of two workman that we originally signed on, that we still use because he is always on time which is a rare trait these days. I do not understand why so many of his reviews do not show up and they end up in the not recommended section. read more

Hey, Bob's service was great! He sold his client base in 2019/2020 to Bug Guys, who were formerly Turn of the Century, and just buy up other routes/business. Don't bother with Bug Guys, and don't confuse them with Bob the Bug Guy. They are definitely NOT one and the same. read more

Bob is awesome! Don't waste your time looking for a different exterminator. He returned my call while on his vacation because I freaked out over roaches. He gave me his first appointment when he got back into town. He had so many great ideas and tips! He was very reassuring! He's quite the character too, lots of funny stories! We highly recommend him! Thank you Bob! read more

Bob the bug guy is the best! Called him about an issue and explained that other companies quoted me $500 to treat the attic and house. Bob gave me some advice on how to tackle the problem on my own for about $30! He is knowledgeable, honest, kind and helpful! Bob will be my go to bug guy for solving my problem and not trying to rip me off! Great guy and service! Thanks for helping me Bob! read more

We love Bob the Bug Guy! My husband is retired and he looks forward to Bob's monthly visits because Bob is a really funny guy and he really knows his sports, which my husband loves to discuss with him. He always calls a day or two before he comes to remind us, and he does a great job of getting rid of any pests we have around the house without hurting our 3 dogs. He takes his job very seriously in terms of giving you the best service. We highly recommend him - and we've gone through lots of bug people over the years. read more

You will find NO BETTER exterminator! We've tried the other "national providers" and they simply didn't have the "right mix" to kill all our desert intruders! The other guys stuff seemed to be watered down, just to keep you on monthly service. Once you hire Bob you will notice the difference on your FIRST SPRAY!!! He has the knowledge and experience of how to prepare the "right mix" that KILLS all our bugs, NOT just some of them. He is always ON-TIME and comes when he says he will. We trust and like Bob and his service so much, we just hired him to do our business! He is a nice person and very friendly....NO ADDITUDE, just good ol' fashioned "SERVICE"! Frankly, I was reluctant to write this review, because every time I find a GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER and write a positive review, they instantly start getting "too busy" to properly service our account. I'm crossing my fingers he won't let that happen :-) read more

Bob is awesome. Did a great job explaining the types of pest we had outside and did a thorough inspection and first treatment. We've been working with Bob for about a year now on preventative maintenance and have noticed and amazing improvement on the overall presence of bugs/spiders/ants etc. read more

Bob the the bug-man.. Highly recommend =). Who else can kill them yucky crawly creatures you hate to see!!

I just had the best conversation with this man about my pest problem. He was so knowledgeable. Friendly. Courteous. Informative. Approachable .... seriously...... im hoping for a real problem now so i can use his services ...... totally recommend this guy. Im surprised he doesn't have 500 more reviews on here. Ill be telling my whole family about this dude. He was the bomb read more

My husband and I have always been really pleased with Bob's services. We used him for many years until we moved out of state. When we returned to the desert, where we currently rent, the landlord has another pest control company. I recently had a problem with various bugs inside my house, with this other pest control company. I contacted Bob, and he was quick to offer me some very helpful advice. Unfortunately, we're obligated to use another pest control company due to the landlord. (Just for the record, the other company is coming back out to 'fix' the problem.) We never had any problems in our home when Bob worked on our house! He knows his stuff, and is a really honest, dependable guy. Don't find too much of that around these days!! Don't go for the 'big name' companies, your home will get a lot more attention & care with Bob! read more

If you are looking for someone who knows how to treat his customers this guy knows. He's friendly and courteous. He ALWAYS arrives 5 mins before the appointment time. He takes his time and makes sure to get every little spot all those little black widows hide. The first time he sprayed he found over 12 black widows. I have not see one since, which gives me peace of mind with a curious 3 year old and a puppy! I feel very confident our home is well protected. Did I mention he is super affordable? Look no further you have to try this guy! read more

Besides being exceptional at pest control, Bob constantly goes beyond the call of duty. He makes himself available for any special needs or touch ups and is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the valley when it comes to bugs / pests; he really knows his stuff. On top of all this he is just a great person with a huge heart and a love of life. You will never regret turning your pest control worries over to Bob read more

We found Bob when we moved into our new house and it had never been treated for bugs. We had absolutely no bug issues for an entire year! He doesn't just spray for 10 minutes. He takes his time and does an amazing job. He used these cricket pellets with the spray and really took care of things. There are people who spray the house and yard, and then there are people like Bob who destroy the bugs for good!! And he gives our dogs treats :) read more

There is no better company guy than Bob. He is straight and to the point. Does not try to sell you extras, explains how the chemicals work. I hired him 2 years ago and have not had a bug since. read more

I have never met Bob but I put a phone call into him, he called me back and we must of talked for 45 min!!! He gave me all sorts of good info and was very funny. First of all, we already had a "bug guy". Contractors were in our home remodeling our master bath. They declared we had termites and went to lunch. We called our "bug guy", a firm that we have used for five years, and they were unable to come out for five days. Wanting our bathroom project to move ahead on schedule, we called Bob the Bug Guy. They came out within three hours, determined it was not termites (crickets), checked out the rest of the house and didn't charge for the visit! We checked their monthly rate and it was much less than what we are paying. Super friendly, great response, great price! read more
