I had a small bug infestation over the summer, and I talked to about 5 different exterminator companies, but Bob was the only one who correctly diagnosed my problem. He didn't actually do any work for me (I handled it on my own), but I was very pleased that Bob knew his stuff. His hunch matched my own, and that's even without coming out to inspect in person! The other exterminators dismissed me and said the bugs were coming from the outside, and they all told me there wasn't much they could do, but Bob was the only one who correctly said they were coming from within the structure (from inside the wall), which is what I thought too. I called and left a voicemail to ask for a termite inspection. I never received a call back. I called Truly Nolan instead and received a prompt reply. Update: 7/31/2017 Bob sent me a message on Yelp that he doesn't treat termites, that he referred my call to another company, and that company didn't follow through. My family has known bob and his family for years but we had never called him to spray our home. So when I finally decided to give him a call, I left a voice message and he returned my call that same day! I told him that my concern aside from the roaches, was that I have 2 small girls and a cat so I wanted something that wasn't going to require me to do any cleaning right after or have me watching over them all day long. This review has taken too long for me to write, but it shows the proof of Bob's knowledge. Last year I had problems with roaches. I called Bib and described the problem. He was honest,, the issue was not worth my money or his time to come out and treat. Instead he pointed me to a product and gave me detailed directions on how to treat the issue. As we get into 2015, I figure it is time to write an update on Bob The Bug Guy. We still use him, and he is still as dependable as always. We had an issue with rats in our yard due to a neighbors untrimmed citrus trees, and Bob did a great job ridding our place of the vermin. He is one of two workman that we originally signed on, that we still use because he is always on time which is a rare trait these days. You will find NO BETTER exterminator! We've tried the other "national providers" and they simply didn't have the "right mix" to kill all our desert intruders! The other guys stuff seemed to be watered down, just to keep you on monthly service. Once you hire Bob you will notice the difference on your FIRST SPRAY!!! He has the knowledge and experience of how to prepare the "right mix" that KILLS all our bugs, NOT just some of them. He is always ON-TIME and comes when he says he will. We trust and like Bob and his service so much, we just hired him to do our business! He is a nice person and very friendly....NO ADDITUDE, just good ol' fashioned "SERVICE"! My husband and I have always been really pleased with Bob's services. We used him for many years until we moved out of state. When we returned to the desert, where we currently rent, the landlord has another pest control company. I recently had a problem with various bugs inside my house, with this other pest control company. I contacted Bob, and he was quick to offer me some very helpful advice. Unfortunately, we're obligated to use another pest control company due to the landlord. (Just for the record, the other company is coming back out to 'fix' the problem.) If you are looking for someone who knows how to treat his customers this guy knows. He's friendly and courteous. He ALWAYS arrives 5 mins before the appointment time. He takes his time and makes sure to get every little spot all those little black widows hide. The first time he sprayed he found over 12 black widows.
