I had been with them for many years. Then they started to switching technicians every month.....each less responsive than the previous one. They would bail on appointments or be late. They provided no additional advice or expertise on certain pets. We moved on through 3 more pest control companies to finally find a good one. read more

Called their office to schedule services on 3/30/26 but had to leave a message as they did not answer their phone at 9:00 am on a Monday 3/30 or 11:45 am on a Tuesday morning the following day. On 4/1/26 I heard from their technician named Daniel and scheduled a consultation with him at our home on Tuesday, 3/31/26 and he arrived on time but couldn't find a solution to our house fly issue. He promised to speak to his supervisors and stated he'd call back the next day, Wed, 4/1/26. Despite several calls and texts he's never followed up with us again. A call to his business office was met with @we can take a message." They've never called us back either. They advertise as a family business serving the Coachella Valley for over 45 years but can't seem to service a prospective customer nor do they appear to care. We then took our business elsewhere and would not recommend Frazier Pest Control. read more

Purchased a house a couple months ago. Frasier pest control did not only the inspection at time of purchase but had done several inspections over the prior year. They stated there was no termites present and no notable termite damage. You could see by the pictures that the termite damage is extensive. Come to find out that Joe Fraser and the person I bought the house from Vann Fraser have known each other for at least over a decade. I don't know if our management company in Palm Desert will hire Frazier but the present company is clearly not doing much to control rats which ate the electrical wires in my car, etc. Troy came today and I've asked the management company to hire him but I never get responses although Troy has communicated with me consistently and came out today. He did an inspection of the common areas which is impressive given that I never see any pest control "people" even though we pay for pest control monthly. I can't actually give a review except to say that he communicated with me several times and came out immediately and spoke to the management company. My initial reaction is that Troy is extremely knowledgable and concerned about customer satisfaction and making sure he takes care of any problems that exist re; "pests" . read more

It appeared that I had a rodent visitor in the home, so I contacted several local pest control companies serving the Coachella Valley area. Two companies REQUIRED that I signed up for a full year bi-monthly control service, of course at a monthly fee. One company offered a 1-time service, in lieu of an annual contract, at a ridiculous price point, and no guarantees of outcome. Using Yelp reviews I came upon Frazier Pest Control and saw excellent reviews for a local employee, Eric. I contacted the company, they fully explained their process to me, and they only offered a continuing contract if I wanted one. Their fee was reasonable and I booked a visit with them. I was so pleased when I was assigned Eric. He came in, listened to me, didn't take advantage that I was "freaked out" by the rodent, and he fully explained the process to me and why he was doing what he did. Eric laid the traps (both glue and snap). He checked back with me often over the next few weeks, assuring me that when something was caught, he'd come get it. Surprisingly this was one smart rodent. It took nearly 4-weeks, but eventually was caught. Eric showed up and took it away, and made a final appointment with me in a few days "just to be sure." Eric was amazing and Frazier is lucky to have him! Frazier and Eric is a STRONG RECOMMENDATION! read more

Use them for a termite inspection on a house I was going to buy. They found some wood rot by the corner of the garage. The seller gave them permission to fix the situation. To me, this is where they went wrong. Frazier Pest Control took a simple screwdriver and gouged out the wood rot. They then went ahead and proceeded to fill the gouged out hole with caulk. Whatever happened to cutting out the bad piece of wood and replacing it? I find this method, extremely cheap.& a quick fix to a problem that could be much worse. How do I know they got all the wood rot? This methodology makes no sense to me! I found out what they were going to do beforehand, and I called the company. Frasier pest control told me that the method of repairing wood rot is up to each individual inspector. They gave me his cell number. I called him and he called me back 48 hours later after he had done the work‼ He left me a voicemail and when I called him back, he never returned my call. The company again and they did nothing. I find this extremely poor Customer Service and will never use them again. read more

So I had a pigeon colony living under my solar panels. A truly great flock like one would find on the cliffs of Gibraltar. These beggars owned my roof and were making a toilet of it. We just moved in last month and discovered these avian pests after we closed. Every morning bird poop, feathers and eggs on my patio. This had to be solved and quick. We got estimates from four contractors and Frazier was the best. They worked with my solar company and cleaned all the accumulated nests and bird poop from under the panels. The crew from Frazier worked hard and fast and pulled out a wheelbarrow full of nesting debris and guano. They evicted the entire flock so the solar company could install critter guards. My patio is nice and clean. Instead of perching on my roof crest like a gang of hoodlums, the pigeons flew by my house just now without stopping. I am very happy. Highly recommend. read more

They didn't remove the rat or the rat feces. Their response to my original review was so silly. OF COURSE you'd "be happy" to come and inspect the situation so, when you find the termites you failed to find the first time, you can charge me a bunch of money to kill them. Let's break this down: The only thing I know about this company is they inspected this house and issued a signed statement saying they didn't see evidence of termites. Then suddenly there were tons of termites as soon as we moved in. Maybe there was something to see and maybe there wasn't, but why would I let them come for a second try when they possibly failed the first time? Ridiculous. Oh, and they couldn't schedule someone to come out for A WEEK anyway. There were termites swarming in my bathroom and I kinda needed that fixed ASAP. Anyway, we got the problem (which WAS termites, not ants - give me a break, lady, I know how to Google pictures of bugs) taken care of by another reputable service provider who came highly recommended. It was completely taken care of before the date they offered to come do a re-inspection, even. I stand by my recommendation to avoid them, even if only because you can find honest, quality termite specialists who will get things taken care of quickly. read more

I contacted Frazier after getting some good recommendations for them. Terrific person came out, did the inspection, told me the minimum fix would be over $250, I said that's fine. He left and said they would send a quote and we could schedule service. My dog loved the person who came out-I thought a good sign. Then nothing-no quote, no follow up, no communication at all. I can't understand why people come do an inspection and then won't follow up. Even if they don't want to do the work, a simple reply that says thanks, but we can't accommodate this job right now is better than just ignoring a prospective client. I had high hopes for them, but both my dog and i were wrong. I can't recommend them. I gave two stars because the initial appointment was done efficiently and the person who came out was knowledgeable and professional. I'll keep searching. read more

I think the technicians are great, but the administration and management is reprehensible. Unprofessional and providing no communication, this business is not worthy of YOUR business. I've used them in the past, but find they do not value clients and are more willing to throw you under the bus than work with you and address your concerns on your property, or with your billing. Do not let them do termite inspection for you. They will leave damage to the property. I am not happy with the methodology of their termite inspection. If you have them do inspection for you, they may leave the property with damage. I had thought that a careless employee did the inspection and left the damage. I got a call back from Joe the owner of the company to let him know about the situation. It turns out that he was the one that did the inspection and he stated that he did not do anything improper and that this was the way they inspect for termites. Frazier Pest Control has been servicing my property in Rancho Mirage since 2019. I have been very satisfied with their service, the price seems very fair and reasonable, and have had little to no pest issues. If I ever do have a specific issue, it is addressed ASAP. Recently, my technician changed to Marco. Marco is so great! He always texts me about what day and time he is scheduled to come to make sure that time will work for me. Then texts me the day of regarding his arrival time so I can prepare the yard. Marco is very thorough. When he is done, he tells me or texts me the details about what treatments were needed/performed and recommendations on when my pets can go back in the yard.
