My husband and I lived right on the wash in Palm Desert about a year ago and used To get these AWFUL bugs! Solpugids (aka sun spiders) would be in our apartment 4-5 a week!!! We called Extrmapest on recommendation of my in-laws and it drastically changed our lives!! George was our bug man and the bugs went from 4-5 a week to 2-3 a SUMMER!! And they would already be dead when we found them!! Last October we moved to La Quinta and with it being winter didn't have an issue with bugs. I just had to sit down and write this review. George Loustaunau has been our pest control go to guy for a long time now and he always has a kind word. There have been times when we have gone out of town and accidentally left a gate unlocked and he goes out of his way to make sure our home is locked up safe as well as the great service of removing cob webs and ridding our home from the pesky desert bugs! I really appreciate the 24 hour heads up text that he is coming and what time. We appreciate that he can be flexible if the date needs to change a day or two. We have used Dunphy's Extermapest for 18 years. We have service once a month religiously. They do a fabulous job, obviously that's why we have used them for so many years, George has been spraying our current home for about 2 years, and he is very thorough on the outside, only on 1 occasion has he needed to spray in our home, I had some small ants in one of my bathrooms, which he used some gel stuff and I haven't seen one lil ant since. I highly recommend Extermapest to anyone who is searching for a pest company, they are always very professional, and anytime I've had any special requests like bird nest removal in courtyard, or when we had groundhogs, they have always taken care of them. We went through 3 or 4 different pest companies before finding George with Dunphy's. This has now been a solid 2 year relationship and we are very satisfied with his services. George is ALWAYS on time, flexible if we need to reschedule our appointments, pleasant to talk to, and most importantly, knowledgeable.
