We have been contending with cute by destructive ground squirrels for the first time ever in the desert and Aaron helped us find a non- lethal means to address- successfully, which is a huge relief. From my initial call to the offices to Bertha, who was extremely helpful- to Aaron, who has been amazing in all respects, our experience with Dunphy's has been top notch. We highly recommend their services! read more

So happy with the service and expertise I receive from Dunphy's Extermapest. From the owners, the office staff (Bertha), to my technician, Aaron, they are a responsive and professional team. When I have an issue that is not during my normal schedule, they still come and help. Thank you to them! read more

I had my home sprayed inside and outside by Joseph. I had many of enormous ant hills outside, and ants were crawling out of the corners of my walls in the kitchen and several other areas. It was incredible to see the biggest difference in just one session, and I haven't experienced any problems since. The company has very responsible staff, affordable costs, the ability to schedule appointments at certain times of the month, texting me to confirm my appointment and window, and it's never a problem to modify if I need to. I definitely will contact Joseph again in the future whenever I need to! read more

Dunphy's is the best. I tried other service that didn't show up yet charged me. Edward is here at the same time every month and always follows the instructions. He is cheerful and thorough. The fee is less than other services and they have kept the same for several years. read more

My wife and I have used Dunphy's for quite a few years now. Our service has always met our expectations -- until six or so months ago when Austin became our new exterminator. He always rings the doorbell to let me know he has arrived, and always asks if there are any issues indoors that need to be addressed. Usually, there are no problems inside, so he goes about spraying around the perimeter of the house. On the occasions when we have spotted small, black ants roaming about, Austin is just a phone call away, and is happy to stop by and put out some ant bait (which works like a champ every time). It is definitely nice to have such a friendly, courteous, and professional exterminator. One less thing I have to worry about around the house. read more

Great service, personalable pleasand staff on site and in the office. Very willing to assist with additional pest problems not covered by the contract often free of chaarge. Also willing to monitor empty property and advise if any problems. Very happy with the service they provide me, it leaves me feeling confident at all times. read more

I have had Dunphy's Extermapest service my home for years. We have moved three times but I always call them back right away to restart service. My technician's name is George. He is so nice and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I have a problem between monthly service dates, I text him and he ALWAYS finds a way to stop by and help me immediately! He never seems put out with me although he probably should! No matter who comes knocking at my door with what deal, I will never leave this company. There are never any bugs because their product works! He even caught a couple rats in his traps which he placed in the rafters and one box in my backyard - no extra charge! read more

Dunphy's Extermapest is a great customer service oriented pest control company. I have used them for the last 16 years and would not consider any other company. Prior to moving into my brand new home 14 years ago I had ExtermaPest pre-treat the house and service the house every month after The real proof is in the pudding -- I have NEVER had one single problem with bugs in the past 16 years. They have never had to spray inside my house or garage again. read more

We signed up for service a month ago and Jon Merchain has came out twice to spray our house. He was very knowledgable about the insects we had in our house and how to get rid of them. He also was very through when making sure not to spray where our baby might go. He told us exactly what to expect after he sprayed like the dead grasshoppers, etc. he also let us know about the referral program so I already signed up my mom and my sisters houses for monthly service. George has done an amazing job at my property in the desert for several years. His customer service is impeccable and he always communicates well with me when I have moved from one property to another in order to make sure that my service continues when necessary. I now live out of the area and am disappointed that I cannot have George take care of my pest control needs. If I ever live in the desert again, I would only call Dunphy's and ask for George. Thank you for providing me with such excellent service. read more
