Had an ant problem. Robinson came one time and no more ants. Very professional and a nice guy.

I requested next day service regarding an emerging cockroach issue, but they were able to squeeze me in same day. The technician arrived at the property, worked with my tenants, took care of the problem very quickly. We haven't had no further recurrences. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I was able to pay over the phone. I would not hesitate to use this company again. read more

They are so amazing! Very professional and friendly. Top notch. I can't recommend enough.

I reached out to Robinson's Pest Management via Yelp messenger on a Sunday as the company had such good reviews on Yelp for rodent mitigation. I was very detailed on my message as to what we have tried to date and that our monthly pest control service company was unsuccessful. I was not expecting a reply on a Sunday but was looking forward to him reaching out on Monday to discuss mitigation options from a true, experienced professional. To my surprise, he responded right away! However, he responded "we might have to try just placing the wood traps to catch them". As if we hadn't thought of that the oldest traditional method. I returned his message asking if that was the only elimination option he offered. I never heard from him again. I would not be inclined to do business with a company that does not follow through with a potential clients inquiry. read more

I'm very happy with my initial service. Robi is professional and knowledgeable, and pricing seems fair. Thanks! Updating to add that Robi went above and beyond to check on my bug problem after the first treatment. My family is also very happy with Robi as their new pest management company (the previous company became unreliable and unresponsive, unfortunately). We can't recommend him enough based on our experiences! read more

Efficient and professional. Checked outside of property and inside and used products that were safe with my pets.

Robinson is amazing! I have been using him for probably close to two years. I can't believe it's taking me this long to review! He is always on time, courteous and does a fabulous job. Plus, he puts up with my dog who hates him! His prices are fair, and he really works hard for you. I highly recommend! read more

I was woken up at 4am by some scratching sounds in the attic. Came straight to Yelp to look for someone to come by and inspect and consult on what to do and Robinson was the first to respond that early in the morning. Appointment was set and was in our attic by noon to check things out. Exceptional service! read more

This is now the second time I have tried to get a time scheduled. Last month but the previously time was in 2023. This time I at least got an initial text response but then went silent. Last time I got nothing. I used someone else. Oh well. read more

If you're looking for an effective, affordable, and an upbeat customer service look no further, seriously! Robinson's Pest management made this experience one to remember. I came across a few pest control businesses but nothing could top Robinson's Pest. Robi was very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient; he took the time to truly listen to all my concerns I had in/outside my house. They even came prepared with shoe covers and always wore their mask, despite it being 102 degrees outside. If that doesn't shout benevolent I don't know what will. Thank you once again! My fur babies can now run around without having to worry about red ants or black widows in our premises. read more

Robinson's Pest Management - Black Widow hiding but taken care of by Robinson's Pest Management. - Pest Control Near Me

Great honest service: he did not see any issues at my place and did not want to lock me into some agreement, like others have tried to, particularly when there is no issue whatsoever. You will hear back from me to establish periodical preventative service soon. read more

Robinson is a total professional! He is very prompt and willing to explore new ideas or suggestions. Desert life requires an expert that knows how to deal with environs as safely and cleanly as possible when dealing with crickets, lizards, ants, and mosquitos. Robinson handles it all. read more

This company is the best. Had a roach problem due to new construction in my area. The roaches started spreading around nearby houses and my own. Had Robinson over and first starting price was reasonable and then came back every week for a little over a month straight to recheck my house until the roach infestation was gone. Now I am on a monthly inspection and am happy. Probably go to every 3 months once the construction is over. Definitely great company and they are ones for customer satisfaction. I'll get random text messages from them asking how everything is going and if they need to come by again. Texted me the day or night before to set up appointments for monthly checks. Wife and kids are happy no more nasty roaches! read more

Robi was awesome. I found his reviews on Yelp yesterday because we recently bought a house in the desert and want to avoid any unwanted pests this summer. He scheduled a free consultation for today and after touring our property and agreeing on a price, was able to spray our property and get us set up. Very happy with this level of customer service. read more

I called Robinson's on a Saturday afternoon, and Robbie came by my place an hour later. He confirmed what I had discovered--bed bugs!!!--and set up a plan to get rid of them. Always on time, with appointments set up in advance. Robbie explains what he is doing and what is in the sprays he uses. Robbie answered all my questions about the bugs, and his knowledge and hard work made the whole thing less like a horror movie and more like a problem which this very capable company solved for me. Excellent work! read more

Robbi the owner of Robinson's Pest Management replied to my message on Yelp almost immediately and was able to come out on a Saturday within just a few hours to inspect some rodent noises we could hear in the bathroom vents. He is the owner and a local small business and I love supporting these types of businesses. He is very thorough and understanding and is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He had a maniacal focus on what needed to be done to solve the problem. He also didn't charge a service fee when the other guys wanted to charge me $150 just to come out and look at the situation. I would definitely recommend Robinson's pet management services. read more

Prompt. Responsive. Polite. Kept us informed of his progress/actions while we were travelling and our Ring camera confirmed his truthfulness. (Coincidence that we saw him....we were checking on something else!) Didn't catch any critters, but I feel like we got our money's worth in service and effort. He can't control when they come out. We may even have trapped them before he was called...who knows?!? read more

If you need pest control that's reliable and effective, I fully recommend Robinson's pest control. A pack of rat's invaded my attic with no inside access possible. Robi came over and made a trap door in my ceiling to set traps. Within a few weeks the problem was taken care of. He continued to follow up and sealed the house so this would never happen again. Their prices are fair and they always came when they said they would. It's a no brainer, If you are having a pest problem, call them! read more

With covid going on we use our backyard as much as possible, especially with our little kids. We realized that we had a really bad bee issue and my husband found a bunch of bees swarming around our side yard. After messaging a few businesses for quotes I got a response in about 5 minutes from Robinson's. An hour later he was at our house and that same day services were done. All this on a Sunday. Thank you so much for your help. Reasonable prices and he was willing to work with us. Will def keep them in mind for the future. read more
