We recently hired Bob the Bug Guy to service our rental property, and couldn't be happier with the service. He shows up on time & is always very professional & friendly. Bob calls the day before to give a time and he is either early or he arrives on time, he is courteous, friendly, and professional. One day I saw a pick up with a funny drawing of a "super exterminator", and decided to call. The guy said "I am really busy but I will fit you in my schedule". So he did, and has since then serviced many of my (past) properties. He proved to be the best and most reliable exterminator I have contracted.
